Went to the Pop-a-top pub in Portland on NE Columbia. Its a seedy strip joint with a peep show behind it. Went to see a show based on a review from a couple years ago. There was a sting in May in the same area that resulted in ten arrests. The police sent out male undercovers on a Wednesday night, and arrested the women, then the next night sent out female police decoys and arrested the johns. Cars were towed. ESCORTS/EUGENE & PORTLAND- Forget it. Virtually nobody in Eugene puts out. Unless it's not worth having them. Street action on W. 8th is much better (after 8PM). Found some solid ladies there for reasonable prices. The druggies are out earlier.
As to Portland, good luck. A very few escorts offer full service. And I mean very few! Most are very good at prying money out of you.
