To get there, exit I-80 at the downtown Wells exit. You should see a large Texaco truck stop. Proceed north on Route 93 towards Jackpot and the Idaho state line. Easiest way is to take this route and use the driveway from route 93.
The other way is to drive through town on the main drag and turn North on North Lake Avenue. Cross the railroad tracks and continue North, bearing to the right and following the signs. You will pass some shacks that look like Appalachia, but keep looking for the flashing lights from the two houses. Beware if you get lost in this town, most streets are unmarked with no street signs available.

Traveling north on US 95 from Beatty, Nevada you'll encounter Angel's Ladies Brothel just outside of Beatty on the left (west side) of highway. Keep going another 25 miles or so and you'll be in the vicinity of the Shady Lady Brothel. Look on the right for the sign at the end of the long driveway.
This house had to have been opened within the last five years as I don't remember seeing it before then on any of my trips.~~

I've stopped here at this brothel 4 or 5 times in the last year on journeys between Las Vegas and Reno. It sits off Highway 95 on the east side past a junkyard of old cars. It is painted bright yellow and is decorated with a fancy front yard containing statues. You have to open the yard gate by yourself, walk through the yard and up to the house.
Bad news is that I have never been able to find any girls working here. They're always on vacation and the house is empty as far as anyone there to entertain you. Either they have a sign on the door stating that all the girls are absent or they tell you when you ring the bell. I've tried stopping there on both weekends and weekdays and it's always the same story: "the girl (notice they said girl and not girls) will be back next Tuesday, a week from now..."
I asked one time for a drink, but they told me they don't serve alcohol at all and there is no bar to sit at. This appears to be a parlor type house only. Their advertisement does say they serve drinks, but I guess this is not true.~~
The madam at the Shady Lady actually pointed me north to the Cottontail Ranch which has a bar. See my other review. Oh well, thanks for nothing. Tired of stopping here.~~ (Review # 868)
