The latest skinny on Kansas City in general. They busted a number of oriental massage parlors on the KS side of the line. A couple still exist. On the street; most traffic is found on Independence Avenue which is also identified as 24 Hwy. Heaviest traffic is between the Paseo Blvd and Van Brunt. Most of the women are either black or white.
An occasional Hispanic, and rarely an Asian but it has been known to happen. Many use drugs and some will try to take you to the drug place. It is best to dump these women immediately. BJ-$20 and they will try for $25. $40 for a complete package. Tuesday night and Thursday night are sting nights for the police. Beware! Prospect between 20th and 40th street is mostly black women. Some good, some not so good. It is a high crime area so look out. Troost between 27th and 40th is where you can find a few good looking black women but you can also find a few very good looking TVs. Information current as of late July, 2004. Police sent undercover cops into the Hong Kong spa on E. Kearney Street and arrested one woman for prostitution. Then they replaced the woman with a female police officer and busted three customers who walked through the door. Further stings are promised. Checked out Lynn’s on a Sunday night about 9pm. Contrary to reviews below only had 3 girls to choose from. Probably due to it being a Sunday night. One of the girls was probably in her 40's and looked like a bit weathered.
