The Wilkins Avenue area seems to offer quite a few girls from whom to choose. Most are decent looking white girls with a few blacks walking the street. I see most of the street walkers between Pulaski and Brunswich. Look on the North side of the street and go in the side streets. Many hang around on the side streets in order not to attract too much attention. The police patrol heavily during the night hours in this area, so if you can, find your action in the morning or day. The average provider the last couple of months has been a 6+ on a scale of 1 to 10. I have had two that were eights and nines. Service seems rather good when compared to other parts of the country. As a general note, I follow several rules.

I have went to Lotus Shiatsu in Jessup Maryland several times in the past few years. The service there is good and the prices are the typical 60/40. Hand jobs are a given.
