Atlanta street scene is not dead but not great either. The action on Ponce de Leon is sparse and mostly transsexuals out to rip you off. I'd stay away from there or at least check the lady out to see if its truly a lady. The real street scene is on what used to be Stewart street, now its called Metropolitan. This is a black area of town.. Most of the action is down by a strip bar called Nikki's. There is a converted bowling alley across the street and up half a block.. After 11pm or so it is literally jammed packed with black and a couple white girls. I am not black and felt very uneasy. The girls are great though.
