6 Arrested in Dover Prostitution Sting--late December, 2005.
Dover police have arrested six men accused of soliciting sex from undercover officers posing as prostitutes.
The men are in their 30s and 40s. Some paid fines and were released. [One offered to pay in drugs... so he was in, like, more trouble.]

There actually IS some action in Dover, provided you look carefully. Looking downtown parallel to Division St., will yield a handful of black crack-whores - but will also yield cops who patrol regularly and vigorously. Caveat Emptor.... On occasion, there will be a white girl, and you should start your networking from there. All the white girls know each other. The black girls don't really know the white girls - two different worlds... The smart ones work via cell phones, and will direct you to what you're looking for, if they can't provide it. It may take a day or a week, but you can get great results and a "regular," if you stick with it. Most use crack as currency. Again, "Caveat Emptor."
There are a rare few who are "low maintainence." Ask around for "Cassie," "Esther," or "Lucy," Give it a few days, play the phone tag... but these three will give a GFE for less than you'd spend in New Castle. I'd most recommend Lucy. She's the most professional, the most skilled, and overall, the best GFE in Dover... but she's smart - she only follows trusted referrals. Of course, there are risks: Dover PD is commendably vigorous - they WILL roll up behind you, full lights, if you just sit there "waiting" for action. Your best bet is to cruise (keep moving!) the east side of Division St. (not *on* Division St - crack-dealer Central!)... back through Wesley College (but don't expect to pick up a college chick - NOT happening!)... and up and down the side streets. Be careful, watch for undercovers who often park there "just because" (bad neighborhood).
After an hour or so, if you're careful, you'll see something that interests you. If it's a black chick, do what you gotta do. If it's a white chick, start talking... get alternate names, get phone numbers, but KEEP MOVING. But don't move TOO far away - as I said, these girls (white) all know each other, and will pass word as to who treats them right and wrong. Get on their "good side" and you'll have a stable of regulars, provided you do the maintenance. Finally, if you want the best fucking blowjob "south of the canal" - hold out for, and explicitly ask for, Lucy.

As of mid-Octobr, 2004, there are reports of street walkers in Leedom Estates, which is south of Wilmington, just off U.S. 13. Residents complaining about litter, crack pipes, boozing, prostitution. The prostitutes migrated from U.S. 13 to the neighborhood after motels they frequented were torn down. Bacon Avenue a hotspot. Residents doing freaky stuff like verbally confronting people, carrying baseball bats, having a loaded gun at the ready. A "hard charging" New Castle police captain assigned to the area, bringing sweeps and increasing the heat. Some of the prostitutes are in rental units or squatting in vacant units at a large apartment complex on the edge of the neighborhood. They often walk the alley behind two shopping centers at the intersection of U.S. 13 and Bacon Avenue. They congregate behind the 7-Eleven and next to Ron's Place, a bar, as well as the streets of Leedom Estates, a 50-year-old neighborhood of small single family homes. (In other words, a slum in the making)
The "hard charging" police captain verbally confronts prostitutes and hangs out in the area. They've even sent police on horses. The prostitutes are apparently responding by sticking to nearby hotels in some instances. Cars and big rigs cruise the streets, drug dealers reportedly argue with each other. Some residents say "If nothing is on t.v., just open the shades. The nicknames of the prostitutes given by the residents are as follows. Spaz, Chunky Blonde, Hillbilly, Cat In the Hat. Sometimes drunks knock on the door. One knocked on a residents door and asked to "borrow" $10. A resident once directed a prostitute who knocked on the door to another house, saying, "I'm sure you can get your drugs there." No previous mention of Leedom Estates on this website. This is the cherry popping first post.

Information current as of February 6, 2004. Police in upper Darby raided the Magic Spa at 9138 West Chester Pike, seizing all kinds of equipment, $5,000 cash, and scanty records relecting only the time that the last four customers that day entered. Credit card transactions were billed to Magic, Inc. Only a 37-year-old asian woman was arrested but police were after the guy who applied for a license. The raid, ironically, took place right after the operation applied for a license and the licensing officials came along with, apparently letting a member of the media come right inside during the execution of the warrant. Inside were seven rooms for massage and sleeping accomodations for five women. The place was across from a daycare center and police seemed pretty serious about keeping it shut down, but you never know. The massage tables were constructed with 2 x 4's and plywood, covered with mattresses, sheets, plastic pads. (Review # 9267)

I can hardly believe I'm going to bust the cherry on a state capitol with this first ever Dover report. Information current as of mid-May, 2004. Dover PD in cooperation with the Milford police department arrested three prostitutes in downtown Dover. Streets were not given in the info, sorry, but the ages of the women were 29, 44, 27, 31 and two of them were let go right away on unsecured bond. (Review # 9221)

Information current as of May 12, 2004, the first ever cherry-poppin' report on New Castle, Delaware. Police there conducted a sting operation aimed at both street walkers and johns, arresting 18 people. This took place at Rt. 13 & Bacon Avenue. The women were 38, 35, 28, 27 and one was a fugitive from Arlington County, Virginia. More stings promised. The last word you need to know in "Delaware" is (be) "AWARE." (Review # 9186)

There are two places where you may find street action in Wilmington.
The first is on Northeast Blvd (Rt 13) between Edgemoor Rd and 12th St. You can usually find drug addicted black chicks who only rate a 2-4, but can sometimes find drug addicted white ones who rate about a 5. The better ones usually want $30 - $40 for sex and will go condomless if you want.
The second is on S. Market St between Walnut and I-495, outside of the two strib clubs. The girls usually walk around near the pay-by-the-hour motel and the abandoned building on the other side of the street. There's a mix of black and white girls and they are usually better (5-6), but there are some 3s and 4s around too. I actually found a 7 once who was a great lay. Expect to pay out about $50. If you see one you want, you have to be quick though as most of the guys look for girls here.
Plenty of places around both places to park discreetly. Be careful though as the areas are patrolled by three different police depts (state, county and city).

APPLE SPA: Technically, not Delaware, but just over the state line in Elkton, MD, about 10 minutes from U of D. Off Rt. 7, there's a little tiny shopping center, behind that intersection with the liquor store (there's a steak shop next to spa). American girls, usually 1 - 3, quality of 3 - 5 (often they're Mexican).
