The streetwalkers in Stockton are fairly numerous, but not of the highest caliber. Most are a 3-5 and are heavy drug users. Occasionally one finds a 'gem in the rough', but these truly are few and far between. And usually from out of town.

East Palo Alto is not a safe area, but if you are reasonably careful, there is some street action to be found here. Most of the girls are strung out on drugs and not in their prime, but they are cheep, permissive (ie: swallow, greek,, condom optional, etc…) and usually easy to find. For the most part, the girls are black with the very occasional latina or white girl. Rates run from $20 to $40.
The main street is University off the 101. It runs almost north/south, with the action to the north of US-101. On the north side it is paralleled by Capitol Ave on the East. The massage places advertise in the back of the Sacramento News and Review, a free weekly available at newsstands throughout the County. The World Sex Guide advises that, in general, parlors that offer "oriental massage," and/or stay open late (e.g., 11:00 pm), will provide at least a manual release, and I have found this to be true for Sacramento establishments. I have been to two places, called several others, and read reviews of a few. Below I give a brief summary. All charge about $40 for 1/2 hour, $60 for 1 hour, plus tips depending on the level of service.
