Santa Ana Toughens Anti-Prostitution Laws Officers

May Now Impound Solicitors' Cars

SANTA ANA, Calif. --

A new law went into effect this week that allows officers in Santa Ana to issue citations and impound a driver's car for soliciting a prostitute. Authorities said they have been receiving an increasing number of complaints about prostitution from residents. Los Angeles already has a similar law that allows officers to impound cars.

Its Fall 2004, and time for an update for this oasis of remaining street action : Orange County's best street : Harbor !

I've been aware of WSG for many years but this is my first post... and first action in ages, but I will provide enough details for you to get a sense of Santa Ana street action, even though I myself am NOT an expert.

Basically, 1st Street, between Lyon and Grand, is DEAD despite 8 cheap hotels in a row or more. It is only one block and not suitable for strolling for hours without looking like a loitering person, or loitering with intent, (the only infraction Santa Ana cops cite it seems). I sampled girls 12 times and only counted one pro in 12 samples.

But the multi mile stretch is between Jack in the Boxes and Hopping is very very active. Especially evenings, and most critically on Friday, and a little less non-occupied with girls on Saturday. I counted 9 pro women in a particular pass. The road has three lanes, in each direction, and is a busy road and has lots of night life for unrelated reasons on both sides. Ideal for street action it seems (pausing, picking up, talking through windows, etc). Nevertheless, the local public safety boys stop in traffic (car cop lights flashing) and tell each and every girl to move on and go home. They do endless passes. They also tail men who are driving the whole strip up and down as I was, in the rightmost lane. All action ends at the "22" highway to the North. Around 1st street you will see about 9 very pretty young professionals on average, but the faces rotate often.

The actual total is probably 24 or more active women but they come and go rapidly, as there are far more buyers than sellers. I prowled that street (and many others) at 6:30 pm, 10 pm and 1 am for three days. This town also has three bottomless strip clubs, the worst is allegedly on Harbor, the best is on Warner (nude horizontal dances for 50 bucks) and the most famous, huge though average, is on Edinger (MR J's). I have not frequented them but all three have full parking lots at 3 PM on Saturday. 3 pm!!!!!!

I hate to see what happens at midnight on the famous club on 2920, Warner (Ecstasy). This is not a review of aggresive strip clubs so I will continue with my research report on Santa Ana street action.

There was a variety of very pretty women, in many different body shapes but ALL, yes ALL are 24 or younger as far as I could tell in the daylight and many looked like they were still in high school. Some were rail thin and short, some were voluptuos, but not in the belly, all ass and some chest for example. I have no idea where the 40 year old ugly hookers go, but they are not anywhere near Santa Ana's main drag.

Proof? Try to find a bank or a newspaper. The La Times is not even carried at the one and only book store in city limits (Barnes and Noble Super Store... in fact they carry NO newspapers at all and when I complained today they said 'no one in Santa Ana reads newspapers). I eventually found some in stock near Irvine in the huge mall. Most newspaper boxes are understocked and sell out in the morning or are dormant.

There is no library branch paid for by Orange County! Orange County maintains large libraries in every city in the county EXCEPT Santa Ana !!!! (there is a lame city library but they did not have the La Times for yesterday or that day, they were stolen they said). As for banks... you can drive from the city of Orange on the main fast road, North and South, all the way through to rich affluent Irvine, and this road has no banks, just endless "check cashing" stores for illegal aliens lacking social security numbers. I also drove for miles on many East West roads (8 miles total) such as 1st, and others and found NO BANKS, not even BofA or Wells Fargo, though they do exist I am certain.

Eventually I found a Wells Fargo near Irvine, but in Santa Ana city limits (I had to get money to try some girls for this report, this side topic is not out of context because YOU NEED CASH. Get some before you enter Santa Ana. I know Mexico is cheaper, but I wanted a 100% white girl raised in the suburbs... I found an angel in 14 seconds. If I counted all of those women in flat shoes, then there are 200 shapely street walkers, not 20. But I have to assume the pros always wear "the uniform" tight clothing of some form and "screw me" shoes. Some have NO MAKEUP, some are heavily dolled up, but because chicks-with-dicks transexuals have heavy makeup, many genetic females go with minimal makeup to look more female. Ironic?! I've lived in various cities and I've seen the pros as I drove by, and I have to say I am not stretching the truth when I say the Santa Ana girls are very very pretty and young. Skin tone ranges from African semi-dark to white, but the vast majority is ethnic mix or hispanic, but not with Indian features. The hispanics are Latina cuties, and do NOT look like Mexican "Indians" with stocky frames or flat faces. The Asians do not have moon faces wither, the Asians were more like barbie faced, but tanned. (Malaysia? Thai-hybrid? Burma-mix?) In this crazy place, there are so many ethnicities, (EXCEPT WHITE AMERICA SUBURBS) that you will see many exotic young faces. I saw three pale white girls I desired and waited to make a sweep and see what there was.

THE GIRL (my selection): Name: "Precious" : 23 stated, looked 20, about 30 pounds heavier than an anorexic, or 10 pounds more than average.I like curves though, wild but sweet, tattoos on legs and shoulder, no piercing, shaved, clean, pleasant. Small breasted, (the way I like it), very cute, flirtatious, baby doll voice, perfect grammar, smart, playful, non paranoid, slutty, non rushed, warm and relaxed. (caucasian youth prices are higher than other ethnicities for example).
