Went to Mazatlan for three weeks, and just got back. What a mind Blowing experience. I got into town on Friday at around 10 AM. Stayed at El Cid Hotel. Real nice place, but wont allow you to bring up girls because it might offend the other guest. But that’s really not a big deal, I found a few older Places in El Malecon that were cheap(25 dollars a day)clean, and had air conditioning. There were 4 Strip clubs that I went to; Ipocampo, Caballito, Terranzas. Caballito is located in an Old Rundwon part of Twon, but they have a guard at the entrance and in their private parking lot. Terranzas had the most girls and they were more open to touching and petting.
And Ipocampo was Air-conditioned, and had the nicest girls. I can't remember the last Strip club that I went to, but it's not worth even going. This one is in the Zona Dorada, right in front of the beach. The girls here were definitely the Hottest, but it was American No-Touch rules. The other spots would let you do anything. At the other three places the girls were all 6-9s with plenty of choices. What I found kinda funny was that you don't tip the girls dollars while they are onstage. Instead when you see a girl that you like, you ask a waiter to bring her to you. For 5-6 Dollars she will dance on your table for a song, just about anything goes while they are on your table. Or you can take her to a private room for 20 bucks for two songs, in Ipocampo a condom was included for every private dance. Pretty sweet deal! After four songs in private with a tall Plastic Blonde I was satisfied.
Tipped her an extra 20, and she remembered me the rest of my stay. I enjoyed her and Jenny. I tipped them both a few bucks here and there, and they definitely showed their appreciation. Later on my trip I went to a place called Tamaulipas hotel. Which isn't a hotel, but it's Located on Tamaulipas Street. Girls there were 7-8, but for 65 dollars they'll do oral, and 1 shot. Wasn't bad for the price, but the girl there deffinately lacked energy. The best girls that I found were at other brothels. They have no names and are scattered through out the city in residential neighborhoods.
Now here's the golden ticket! Try to make Friends with a taxi (Pulmonia) driver early on. The Pulmonias with Doors are all verified with the hotels, and are trustworthy. The Pulmonia's without doors are from a less reputable company. I met one guy that would drive me around for 15 dollars an hour, wait for me at the clubs, and generally educate me about the Scene in this city. He took me to 6 different brothels, and they were all setup pretty much the same. Usually about 6 girls were working on each one. $65 for the hour, which usually means the time you need to get 1 shot done. But for $100-120 you can take them to a hotel.
I choose this for two reasons. First Girls make half of what you give the brothel, and then have to tip the Taxi driver. So if you take them out, they make a little more. Second, once you have them in your hotel room, you can negotiate extra pops, Greek, BBBJs. She doesn’t have to split this Money, so they were generally more willing to put the extra effort. There were three girls that I really liked while I was there. I asked for their private number, and the last night I was there I gave Laura a call. She picked up the phone and I asked her what it would take to keep her all night long. After a bit of Negotiating we agreed on $250 for the whole night. I had my driver take me to her, and we went out. We hit some dance clubs, Valentino's, Mambo Cafe, and Oyster's. Came home at about 1 am, And stayed up all night having fun, and talking. I know I paid for her time, but she really made me forget that with all the kissing, and extra attention that she gave to my body. This is a great City to go visit, specially for the hobbist. I just got back from a trip to Mazatlan (end of May). I didn't have very high expectations but things went better than planned.
Hail a pulmonia, which are the open air cabs that Mazatlan is known for. Try to find one with a guy who speaks fairly good English and is friendly. That is key. Keep waving them off until you find one you are comfortable with - they are used to this and don't care. They will drive you around to the places for cheap enough, $10 (100 pesos) at most. They're getting kickbacks, too, so they make out well with a customer like you and I.
I was downtown in the middle of the day, about 2:30PM on a Wednesday. I got a friendly guy and asked him about the action in town. He told me about the two strip clubs, La Botana and the other one, which you can read about in the other reviews. He said they are nice, lap dances for $5 and you can do anything you want (I'm sure not anything) But both are not open during the day, at least on weekdays.
I asked him about other action, and he said, "You mean the whorehouse?" I said, well, those aren't very safe. He said, "Sure they are! I go in with you, help you out." Turns out both whorehouses in Mazatlan are right downtown, both within blocks of the main drag that runs along the shore. The key is you must be accompanied by a driver or else you aren't getting in! That and you'll never find it on your own. It's not like they have big signs. He doesn't have to wait for you (don't pay him to do it) because the pimp will hail you a cab if you want - you could also easily walk out of these joints and be in a crowd within minutes, so cab at the end not necessary.
He drove me to the first, which was upstairs from a bar I think. I had walked by it earlier in the day as it turns out. He hit a buzzer and we went in. They only had one girl free... cruise ship in town, turns out... so I saw her and didn't like her that much, maybe a 4 or 5. Well stacked though. My driver said no problem let's check out the other place. I said OK.
We drove over and checked out the other (only blocks away), a first-floor place with two guys sitting outside on chairs. They hit a buzzer and let us in. The madam corralled the girls while we sat on a couch, and sure enough, there were more choices here about six to choose from. Mostly under 30, some of them looked like they had seen some action though. A lot of variety to be had all were in the standard stripper outfits. I chose "Brittany" who looked to be about 20 and had perky breasts. The cost to the madam: $70 (700 pesos) and also settle up with the driver (I gave him $20 for helping me out.)
The girl led me upstairs to a decent enough room, grabbed a towel and I showered quickly. She took off her stripper outfit and we discovered quickly she didn't know any English. Oh well. We sat on the bed, and she started out with a little massage. Then I rolled over, and she asked, "Fuck now?" I asked her to start with oral, so she got a condom and put it on me, then proceeded to give me a really great blow. She was really enthusiastic with her mouth, but from there her participation wasn't incredible. She was certainly nice enough, but she didn't bother faking it.

I was offered a cab, but I chose to walk several blocks and hailed a cab on the next busy street. I would definitely recommend checking these places out, even over the strip clubs because you can get to the action quicker and it'll probably cost you less, and the girls are fine. I didn't see the girls at La Botana so maybe they're even better and worth the BS but that's up to you. Bottom line is that these places are very safe and the girls clean. Good luck.

I just came back from Mazatlan for about one week where I stayed at the Pueblo Bonito Resort (5 Star) Golden Crown time share. $199 US if you use your timeshare week. Open Air Taxi Drivers always available in the front of the Hotels cost about 150 pesos to drive you downtown and show you to all the different Latina's. They know where all the massage parlors, strip clubs and women are. All of them are in the Downtown area primarily. $700 pesos is what mostly all of them charge $70 US. However, Monday I scouted out 5 or 6 different locations for massage's and 2 strip clubs before my homies flew in on Wednesday and Thursday.
We rented a car for the week so it saved 200peso's when we went back without the open air taxi drivers. $500-$550. I had sex 6 out of the 8 days I was there. The Massage parlor neighboring Hotel Regis was open one day and closed the next. However, the pimp and his Latina’s pulled up by truck and my brother and I chose our busty thick Latina’s and analyzed them in the Hotel's rooms $500peso's. Several 18, 19 and 20 year old Latina’s that were good supple and sweet to break off.
There is a strip club 1 block away fro Hotel Regis that is the Shit! 5 times better than Tarranda's (which is still good). Busty, sexy, nice ass, horny, GFE in this place. I just got back from my yearly trip to Mazatlan. I went to La Botana one night and it was awesome! Only $3 to get in, but if you want a seat next to the stage, it was $10 or bottle service.
There were about 9 women, and about 6 of them had beautiful fake boobs. Most of the women were very attractive and friendly. Strange action in Mazatlan all of the cabbies know where the action is I tried La Funda $700 pesos girl, condom, massage, shower, room. Clean action great time safe location, most of the cab drivers offer to wait for you but this is a service you neither need nor should pay for. Have them drop you off and tell them to get lost.
When you finish your business there will be plenty of other cabs, most of the mexican strip clubs tarrandas, accampo will let you get a complete touchy feely lap dance for 50 Pesos. The girls will take you in back for the wild thing for 200 pesos the room is another 200 pesos.
My buddy got stuck with a 700 peso charge because he did not negotiate. I decided that since he had muddied the water to try out the brothel Chaya hosue next door. Wendy was a willing sweet lady good for as long as I wanted same 700 bucks.
There is one other house the cabbies took me to but I did'nt get its name 10 to 14 babes all in a row clean room with locked door shower in room. 700 pesos but all of these can provably be cheaper if you show up without a driver. Las Botanas Review: Came back in March 2005, headed back in November. First time to Las Botanas, and actually the only place I have been to in Mazatlan. I have been to many in Costa Rica and Panama, and they are very comparable except for prices. Las Botanas had great looking women, and a waiter that spoke good English made the visit much easier. I saw several ladies that were 7-8's out of 10 on the body score, and asked him which one was the best for the money. He was very helpful, and the hour was well worth the money.
I got a few dances with the different girls first to see which ones were more personal and fun, and then had a one-hour session upstairs with a hot-bodied, all natural but very clean woman. By the end of the night after drinks, several lap dances, a good tip for the waiter, and the exchange that they screw you on, my credit card came to ~250.00 U.S. All in all, I would easily do it again, but I would like to check out some of the others first. The club felt very safe since it was next to Senor Frogs, and I was alone. Several tourists in the club, and good security at the door (they will frisk you and make you store your camera with them. Don't worry, they give you a tag and you do get it back).
I would like to find a place that feels just as safe, clean, and with gorgeous ladies, that is a bit cheaper. I will post after my trip this November to let you know what I found. P.S. I tend to disagree with the previous reviews regarding La Botana. Now, as a financially and physically well off individual, La Botana will still get bang for your buck. I am a regular to the Mazatlan area and have been to a few places that provide for poor to good service. One place I always visit when I am in town is called Nayelis Massage. It is located down town on the corner of Gutierez Najera and Juan Carrasco. Its upstairs above the Bar La Fonda. most of the taxi and pulmonia drivers know where to take you. They are open from 10 am until 4 am. They have only 2-4 girls until around 6 pm, then between 6-8 pm more arrive until thre are 10-12 girls. Most of the girls are in their early 20's and are 5-8/10 scale.
The usual charge when you arrive by taxi is 100.00, you can get a little better price if you walk up on your own as the taxis get a finder fee to bring you in. Most people feel better having the taxi driver wait for them, and they will, as it is down town and night. Actually down town isn't real bad at night. The girls will give you HJ, BJ, sex in most positions, all with condom. The session is for one hour, if you want more and you get private room, and general shower is available after if you want.

~~~~~~Cabaret/Strip joints - ~~~~From what I could tell there are 6 cabarets in Mazola. Two clubs (Las Botanas and Ramses) are mostly for tourists and are about half a mile apart along the sea board close to Senor Frogs. Two other clubs are in the Zona Dorado; Tarranda's and Tepeche.~~~~Las Botanas is next to Senor Frogs and the security is pretty intense compared to other clubs. Cover charge 20 pesos. This is more like an American club than a Mexican one. So if you want hot chicks at $20 American Dollars then go here. The~~club is the nicest and cleanest and your dollars will be used up the quickest. I did say dollars and not pesos. You will find other nationalities of dancers here besides Mexican.~~~~If you are into the looking and not the sex and have money to spend you will be happy at Las Botanas or Ramses. Personally I preferred Ramses to Las Botanas.~~
~~Ramses Cabaret (South of Senor Frogs along the seaboard). Cover charge 20 pesos. About 12 dancers/night. Girl ratings ranging from 3-10, most being 5-7s. Table Dances $10. Private dances $20 (but you can ask for a special 2-20).~~~~The beers are 22 pesos and the club does not serve food of any kind. They play mostly retro music in the club so you GenXers should love the music. Check with your local cab driver for these as apparently they come and go sometimes. ~~~~For newbies- If you are curious have a cab driver take you there and offer to buy him a drink in exchange for coming in with you. Explain you are not going to pay for his time or he may try to upcharge you considerably. If you like what you see then be happy and enjoy yourself but you may want to check out one of the numerous whore houses about. For a round trip and an hour or two of his time look at spending about $20 US and up.~~
~~Whore Houses: ~~All drivers I encountered knew of multiple whore houses and many offered to take me there without me even asking to try to get my business while walking up the street.~~~~You pull up with a cab and either the girls come outside or you can go inside. Number of girls range from 3 to 20 and their ratings range from 1-7. The house gets from 100-500 pesos and a hotel room will cost you from 30 - 100 pesos for 1 hour. Hotel Duran seemed to be the hotel of preference. Don't be shy, if you see someone you want then say so and if you do not then JUST SAY NO.~~
~~StreetWalkers; ~~Street Walkers appear to fit into one of several classes; drug addict, unclean worker, thief, skank, transvestite or combination of the aforementioned. Stay away from streetwalkers in Mazola especially those along the ocean boardwalk unless you don't mind having one or more of the above listed classes as company.~~
~~Other notes:~~PESOS - Convert your money to pesos because the exchange rates at most adult entertainment places sucks. Hotels also will rip you off. Go to a bank or a cambio in the Golden Zone where you can get 890 or 894 pesos instead of 800 or less in the other places. Canadian money is currently exchanging at about 540.~~
~~GETTING AROUND - Use the autobus (bus) whenever possible because they are much cheaper than the cab drivers. You will need and want a cab driver to go to a whore house or cabaret about the red light district, but you can take the bus to Senor Frogs or Valentinos for only 4 pesos and reduce your cab fare in half. A cab from the remote casinos could cost 120-200 pesos.~~A cab ride from Senor Frogs will cost you 40-50 (+4 for the bus) so you decide how far you want your money to go. The buses only run to 11 p.m. so you will need a cab all the way home. ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS confirm your rate before going anywhere. The same trip with a different cab driver may be 3-4 times as much if you do not confirm in advance.~~
~~TOURISTS - You also need to keep in mind that touristas will be treated differently in some places than locals (in the tourist zones this is not normally the case). Do not cause any trouble just go with the flow. If you are being asked to leave your table for a local or something just comply without~~fighting or you might end up in jail. If this upsets you then just finish your drinks and leave. You do not want to get into an exchange the lands you in jail or an altercation with a police officer. ~~
~~POLICE - there seem to be 3 levels of police officers. Traffic cops (White) that don't do a damned thing based upon local drivers. Middle cops (blue) that have pistols and will check people for drugs. And Senior cops with armas (rifles and automatics) that will do shootings and such. As you go up the scale the payment (or bribe) also goes up considerably. You~~cannot bribe your way out of murder (well you might be able to) but just mind your manners and do not start fights or altercations and you should not have any problems.~~~~
~~Mazola is good place to go for drinking and partying and you can do so on a budget. Be courteous to your hosts and hook up with a good cab driver and you can have the time of your life. If you want drinks first then go to a normal club to get riled up like Senor Frogs or one of the local hangouts in the Golden Zone. My suggestions is go to Ramses if all you want is a show with mutual touching and you have the money. El Cabalitto if you want a local place with mutual touching and possibly more at a much cheaper price. If all you want is sex then cruise the whore houses and of course bring (AND USE)your own protection just to make sure.~~ (Review # 5109)

Just got back from a recent trip to Mazatlan, and visited Las Botanas next door to Senor Frog's (south end of the beach). Excellent place! Beautiful women who lap dance at your table for only $10 US, or $20 US for a private dance at the rear of the club, where they let you touch them all over. My first trip to Mazatlan, and it was wild to say the least. I have read of Dos Gordos and the Red Dragon, but neither seem to be in favor with the pulmonias. I found an excellent driver named Omar who took me out on three nights of my stay. The first night I asked to go to Dos Gordos. We stayed a while but the girls were really not that pretty. I asked about the Red Dragon, but Omar said there is a much better place called T P Ch (pronounced Tay Pay Chay) It was as promised, young tight very pretty girls. A private dance is 200 pesos and they are quite hot with touching allowed. I was attracted to a pretty girl named Lizbet. She had a wonderful personality and was very willing to leave with me. The cost breakdown was 300 pesos to the club to let her leave, 500 pesos to her. (total 80 bucks) We were to go to my room at the Playa, but security will not allow locals in the grounds. So it was another 200 pesos to the Hotel Relax for the room. Omar waited, and when all was over we drove Lizbet back to the T P Ch. She kissed and cuddled with me all the way back which made me feel pretty good! on the way back to the Playa, Omar says Lizbet wants you to know she's working from 10:30 to 4am tomorrow, so apparently she kinda liked it too.~~
The next night Omar and I set out at about 10:30. He askes if we should go to T P Ch right away or do I want to go to another club. I say let's try another first, we can always go back. So we went to a place with the most unbelievable women called La Botana. Oblivious to the tourists because of strict security at the door, this club is right next to Senor Frog's! I don't think you can get in without being a local or having a local with you. Absolutely 9's and 10's in this place private room dances are 200 pesos aand quite fulfilling. Touching is permitted as the girl allows. Don't screw up and get thrown out! I had one with the one which I thought was the most beautiful...about 5' 1" stone hard body with very well done implants. She was just done with her stage dance and still sweaty (yeow!) The dance lasts for one song, but this girl was trying to make me cum in my pants. I kept her an additional song. When the song was over I tipped her an extra 200 pesos. We hung around for a few more very gorgeous dancers, but I had had my dream girl on my lap and wanted to go home. I don't know about full service or outdates at La Botana, but I'm sure they'd be very expensive if available.
Thursday night we went directly to T P Ch at about 11. All the girls were on stage and Omar and I each had spotted three we thought were fantastic. I can't say enough about how much Omar helped me. I know enough Spanish to get into real trouble and he was there to help me through everything, except the intimate parts of course. Try to find Omar if you can, he's a good shit...but if you can't, find a guy that you feel like you can trust and don't try to "get a deal" by haggling with 'em. 10 bucks a day is a very good job here. Just realize that you probably make more in a month than most of these people do in a year and you'll think that their happy and helpful attitudes are worth some extra bucks. Just wanted to keep your readers informed on the great city of Maz...
In August we went back and our bell-man at the hotel ""arturo"" hooked us up with a place at 133 picies.... This is a house with 4 ladies that offer a massage and 1/2 - 1/2 for a mere $30.00usd..... Stop at the Holiday Inn and ask for Arturo and he can be your guide for a night with a tip of $10.00pp and he gets all cover charges waived and the best seats in the house, he even will cut the deals with the girls for you......
