Went to Nuevo Laredo for New Years Eve and the talent level was down from 3 months before. We drove into the Boys Town area the next day around noon. It was very cold and wet and there was not a soul in site except a federale car. My friend took a picture of one of the buildings and we left the compound. About a mile down the road they pulled us over and confiscated my brand new Expedition and drove us back to the jail. Long story short, they jacked us up for $300 to let my friend go.
