This is a cracker.
If you're single, traveling light and are happy to stay in clean but cheap-end place then when in Abidjan check out the "old" Hotel Des Sports.
Despite being in the guidebooks the hotel part of this place was closed down in 2005/6. However the "Bar Des Sports" is downstairs and open for business as usual. It's a bit like an open fronted cafe type place serving really good cold beer (lager) in what is otherwise a swelteringly hot subtropical humid Mediterranean City supplanted in the middle of West Africa. I went in late evening (8-30pm) on a weekday and naively asked after the officially closed Hotel Des Sports. At first the barman just told me it's shut but then his colleague said they had a room spare, although it is officially closed! I was guided through the back, where there's a small tree-lined courtyard and up the steep staircase adjacent to my "room" for the night.
For what it was worth it was cheap (15,000 CFA) and being tired I kipped up on bed. No sooner had I put my feet up then I heard the clicking of high heels outside my door!! A girls voice started getting ever closer to the door...and sure enough a sharp knock followed. She came in (a 7) started talking something incomprehensible in French "at" me, proceeded to sit next to me on bed, take her sari off and we had a session (with protection!) on bed. Went out for drink later that night in a local bar actually under one of the two road/rail bridges crossing the lagoon from Le Plateau to Treichville and straight back to bed afterwards: 5 positions, 4 hours non-stop (Ivoriennes love doggy, but no anal!). As we finished I could see the first rays of sunshine through the cheap French curtains. No money was mentioned at any time and none given!
It turns out the "old" Hotel Des Sports have a couple of rooms above the leafy cool courtyard and almost always one has a girl in it who's on the lookout for action!
Have fun, enjoy, wear protection and stay as far away from those two bridges across the Lagoon as possible (they look innocent but have the highest violent mugging rate on entire continent - at least at time of writing) (Review # 23022)

I'm not sure about the other clubs but I can vouch for Makumba - especially on Thursday/Friday/ Saturday night and after midnight!
Makumba for those of you that don't know is almost an institution in Osu, Accra. The best bit is that it's right around the back of Koala supermarket in Osu.
I went in there one saturday night late last year and half expecting to be mobbed counted no less that 16 girls coming up with an assortment of dodgy offers! It's also true in reviews below that it's genuinely one of decent nightclubs in Accra and you'll see black and white european faces mixed with chinese/ asian faces there in amongst the locals, some of which are there just for a dance. The door fee is not too expensive and includes a drink and things only really get going after midnight/ 1am.
Just a couple of words of warning though: always wear protection (pretty standard for all of Africa) and be really careful of Nigerian girls. They'll actually plot how to rob you blind in your hotel room. While you're buying them the first drink of the night! Most of the Ghanaian girls genuinely seemed like students or market traders after a bit of a laugh and maybe some dosh to help out the market stall and some of the girls there are even 8/9's!! There are also a tiny handful of Moroccans and Lebanese girls. But a bit more tricky to chat to.

This has to be both the most beautiful and yet f**ked up places since the Wild West!
While the other reviews are right about street action outside the main post office and the road adjacent to Speke Hotel, the Rock Cafe at Speke Hotel is simply amazing! The girls outside post office seemed a bit thin, grubby and aggresive while those on speke road are just plain aggresive. The ones in the Rock Cafe are incredible! My plane was delayed the first night and I arrived at 2am-ish on what would've been the back end of a Friday night.
Having checked-in in the hotel I headed accross the little footbridge that seperates the hotel/ restaurant from the Rock Cafe bar and terrace. I kid you not: the second I crossed that bridge I had 2 concentric rings of girls surround me - it was like being George Clooney on heat! The girls who weren't either groping me in the first ring or were fighting each other to grope me in second ring decided to do a "floor show" to get my attention! This involved hoisting up skirt opening legs and leaving nothing to imagination: f**kn mad and a little scarey after a long flight!
From what I saw any half decent white guy (read: money) would get same treatment, however they tend to be a little more "reserved" (if thats possible for this country) with black westerners (can't be so sure of wether loaded or not) and chinese/ asian (who they seem to have difficulty reading the culture). The only way to get rid of them and it can get really really mad is to take one as your "girlfriend" and make a big show of being really "friendly" with her. Then all you've to worry about is the occasional offer of a three/four/five/ten-some!
Girls almost always expect "presents" after the room antics and the Speke is remarkably open to this stuff but they earn money from it through the foreign exchange bureau in the back of hotel. One word of warning though: *ALWAYS* use protection (even oral!). The AIDS virus first surfaced in the DRC/ Uganda area so despite a successful government program: be warned! Especially given the girls will almost mug you to get your pants.
This is the weirdest country though by day 2 I had female army officers offering themselves to me, female police officers and best of all even the bank clerks with a stealthy "hand-grab" and a "How are you".
All this said and my very last night I went on a date with a really really decent girl - no action bar peck on cheek - but restored my confidence in femininity within Uganda! (Review # 23019)

Cuba is still one of the easiest places to get women, whether you want a pro for a quickie, or better yet a girlfriend who is so sweet you seriously think about marrying her.
I strongly suspect the last two reports before mine were written by some anti Castro fanatics hoping to hurt the tourist business.
Havana is the only place in Cuba where the cops make any serious effort to stop the pros, and I do mean serious. The Malecon, La Rampa, and other very public places have long been closely watched so don't waste your time. Instead simply walk the side streets where it's fairly easy to find them. But be careful, it's far more dangerous for her (a one year sentence or more.)
Much better is to hit the smaller cities like Santiago. The strip between the two main plazas and the cathedral is still the best place. Anytime after eight at night women will be standing in line for any yuma (foreigner) they see. I've had it happen plenty of times where several will hit on me even while I already have a woman with me.
From my experience it's far better to find a girlfriend than look for a pro. Pros are often jaded, and that's not fun. In between are the jineteras. This means they are looking for foreign men to marry to get them out there, but will settle for money of that's all they can get. But even for the pros, it's not all all unusual to find yourself with a woman or girl who will turn out to be hooking for their very first time, and be very shy and timid and worried.
