  I live in Saigon and took 4 trips to PP in 2007.
  
  Here's the good news:
  
  I've been just about any place you can land a plane and a lot of places you can't land one. FACT. the best pussy and the best women are Vietnamese. NO contest!
  
  The thing that I like best about PP is that there are so many Vietnamese girls there. thousands of them. They are bought young, 14 to 17, and smuggled into Cambo to work in the brothels. Immediately, they're banging (and doing everything else)with 5 to 10 guys a day.
  
  Here's the bad news:
  
  Forget hygiene. forget medical care. forget all the things you know about where you come from. disease and serious drugs are rampant in Cambo, and nobody could care less as long as our American dollars keep coming in.
  
  Guys with serious experience whoring have been passing up PP for Bangkok, and other civilized places, for the last few years. The people in the hotels and bars, and the girls, always complain that there are a lot less tourists every year.
  
  Guys have had it with totally doped-up whores that do as many guys a day as they can, so that there drug addict pimps/boyfriends don't beat the hell out of them when they don't bring home enough money to feed their addictions. Many times, I have seen "boyfriends" beating girls in broad daylight on the street after being handed too little money.
  
  Listen up, this is serious business. it is not a made-for-TV movie
  
  Stay completely away from the The Walkabout Hotel. This is drug central for the seriously addicted to serious drugs,hardcore whores in PP.
  
  A lot of them are just plain crazy, and most of them wouldn't hesitate for a second to give you the business end of a high heel shoe or a knife if their drug-laced brains take a disliking to you. they're pissed if you don't give them $20 after listening to their BS sob story. if your too good a pool player. etc, etc., etc. AND. if they tell their "boyfriend" that you did this. you didn't do that. whatever. you definitely want to be on the next plane, train, boat, or bus Out of PP
