If you want to get laid, Lebanon is definitely Not the country for you. I'm a Canadian 36 year old man living and working in Lebanon in a 2 year contract. Here is my report: 1) The street walkers if any are in most cases troubled African women who came to Lebanon due to sickness and extreme poverty in their country. High risk to be pulled over by the police. (No good) 2) The Super Night Clubs (cabarets) are simple Mafia hubs which are very closely connected to the military generals in the Lebanese authorities.
To sit with one girl at a table in the super night club costs $80 to $120 depending on the super night club. At this point you would agree with the girl to meet on the next day in the afternoon. There is a big possibility that the girl would not show up on the next day and would decide to secretly meet another customer instead, she has the right to not go out with you if she so decides. If she shows up as planned, there is also a big possibility that she would not want to have any type of sexual contact.
These girls mostly want to go out to dine, wine, or for mere shopping or swimming. If there is an agreement on sex, then you have to find a hotel room which costs an average of $100, at this point you are expected to pay the prostitute another $100 or more. In this case, you must choose the hotel wisely as many hotels do not accept these things probably calling police or causing you extra expenses.
Be prepared for extra expenses or hidden expenses. Most prostitutes are from Moldova, Romania and Ukraine. They are the type of un-educated prostitutes which have not become so by choice but rather by trick or extreme need. They were not originally accepted by their homeland mafias to be sent to work in much richer regions. Don't expect passionate sex. (No good) 3) Prostitution is illegal in Lebanon. Any agreements that you do with the mafia, the pimps, the prostitutes or the street walkers were severely your responsibility if you happen to get caught.
Since Lebanon is a very religious country whether Muslim or Christian, prostitution is also unaccepted in the society. (No good) 4) Whore shops are very low quality, very dirty, very low hygiene, illegal and even dangerous because you are in direct contact with the mafia wannabes. Women are often infected and very unpleasant. You were expected and encouraged to finish within a maximum of 2 minutes. Very high risk for a random police raid. (No good) 5) A couple of super night clubs (cabarets) used to run a whore shop extension on the side. This is very illegal and would lead you to 6 months in jail. (No no good) 6) Massage places are usually very clean and pleasant. A fully dressed woman would give you an oil handjob until you finish. $20 to the massage place and $20 to the woman. Rooms are closely monitored.
Anything more than a handjob is absolutely out of the question. (Safe but limited) 7) Whore apartments are very rare and very difficult to find. A local told me that the police are cracking down on these apartments with severe consequences. The law is intolerant to prostitution in residential areas or as extension to cabarets. 8) Normal Lebanese girls: In 95% of cases don't even think about it. Hitting on a girl can even result in you getting immidiately beaten up by her brothers.
On the other hand a few girls are professional gold diggers, at this point you must be smart, good looking, groomed, attentive, talkative and loaded with cash. It worked for me once but it cost me a fortune and too much effort. I wouldn't go for it again. Go to any other country instead.

Beirut is probably one of the best party towns in the world. The Massage parlours offering "Stress Relief" will charge you typically around $40 for a decent masage and hand job. If you want an in-call service then speak to the limo drivers at the bigger hotels. LEBANON (TIER 2)
Lebanon is a destination country for African and Asian women trafficked for involuntary domestic servitude, and to a lesser extent, Eastern European and Russian women trafficked for the purposes of sexual exploitation. Many victims travel to Lebanon voluntarily and legally, but end up in coercive or forced labor conditions, or are subjected to physical and sexual abuse, physical confinement, withholding of wages, and confiscation of their passports.
The Government of Lebanon does not fully comply with the minimum standards for the elimination of trafficking; however, it is making significant efforts to do so. The government does not have a national action plan to combat trafficking, nor does it have effective legislation to fight trafficking. These key anti-trafficking tools must be developed.
Prosecution
The Lebanese Government took minimal steps to prosecute traffickers in 2003, partly due to the absence of specific anti-trafficking laws. Lebanon this past year expressed its intention to draft and pass such a new law. Existing statutes address only some aspects of trafficking, including the deprivation of personal freedom by abduction and forced sexual intercourse outside of marriage. The Lebanese Government provided limited law enforcement data on arrests, prosecutions, convictions and sentences involving traffickers. In 2003, an employer was sentenced to 15 days' imprisonment for beating and burning her Filipino maid, a Lebanese sponsor of a Sri Lankan maid was ordered to pay compensation and repatriation expenses due to injuries inflicted by the employer, and 131 suspects were arrested for smuggling persons. Lebanese authorities also closed five drinking establishments and one massage parlor and issued 51 warnings to 30 adult clubs for non-compliance with regulations, including prostitution.
Protection
Lebanon has made modest progress in protecting victims of trafficking. It does not provide relief from deportation, shelter, or access to legal, medical, and psychological services. As a result, most trafficking victims tend to accept a cash settlement rather than confront their exploiters in court. The government cooperates with NGOs and allows them access to detention facilities so that they can provide legal services and counseling to victims. Lebanon also provides security for a U.S. Government-funded safe house for trafficking victims. It also often acts as mediator between victims and employers to resolve disputes and assists with voluntary repatriations. In November 2003, the government required employers to provide higher-value insurance to cover repatriation expenses of trafficking victims.
Prevention
The Lebanese Government has taken some notable steps in the area of prevention. The government closed two employment agencies and signed a protocol with the Sri Lankan Government to ensure better working conditions for Sri Lankan nationals. In January 2004, it prohibited advertisements offering the services of foreign maids in an effort to combat the trafficking of unsuspecting women into situations of involuntary domestic servitude. Lebanon also regularly issues communiqués calling for Lebanese citizens to abide by the law that forbids the employment of workers without proper work and residency permits.

Beirut has changed quite a lot since the last review. You may be aware of the worsening economic situation and therefore prostitution is plentiful. Was recently in Lebanon. There seem to be two options. The first are girls in Jounieh, they can be for anything from 10$ to 100$ plus 10-20$ to rent a "chalet". Any taxi driver will be able to help you. The best times are from around 5 to 9 pm. The other option are the Super night clubs. After trying it once I think that it's just a rip off. You enter any of these clubs and see lots of gorgeous women, mostly from eastern Europe/former USSR, and think that this must be your luck night. Next thing you know you are paying almost 10 $ per drink plus 60 - 100 $ to open a bottle of champagne for the girl. This then entitles you to talk to the girl for an hour and a half and to meet her the next day from 1pm to 8pm. When I was told this I thought that it sounded fair, but the next day the girl just wanted to be shown around town and fed. She made it quite clear that anything else was out of the question.
