Overall, my humble opinion is that Kiev is not a great destination for sex. It's not worth coming here for this purpose unless you speak Russian. However, if you are already here and looking for sex, get the Kyiv Post or What's On at the expat bars/restaurants (e.g. Irish bars, etc.), and at the back there is a Classified section with escort ads, etc. Do not expect service. This country has appauling service. If you call them up and you don't speak Russian, there is a 50% chance that they will just hang-up on you straight away. There was only one company that actually had an inkling about customer service, and that is Gia who is very good.
Overall prices are not cheap, even for a country that is so backward. During the day, you will get rates like US$100 for 2 hours, but for that amount I have been sent some 6-7's generally. Some of them will ask for US$100 for an hour, or US$150 for 2 hours. At night, generally prices go up, and much of the time they will want more, if there are any girls available. None of the agencies I asked offered girls that do anal, except Gia. For nightclub action - there is a place called River Palace near Dnipro. The girls there are expensive, but everything is for sale.
In closing, don't bother with Ukraine generally unless you are on business, or speak Russian, because foreigners get ripped-off big time, + the AIDS problem is really serious here too.
