Hello, this is my report on Romanian Black Sea coast travel in August 2002. I have been accomodated in Hotel Amfiteatru, Neptun village. This is a vacation resort 50 km. from Constanta, the main port-city of the Romanian Black Sea coast. I have to say, the action was really poor. Do not go to "Why not?"-disco, it's expensive and the most babes are~~accompanied by pimps.~~~~ Despite that, there are a lot of stunners! Prostitution is illegal but widely accepted. Be aware: the mafia of the corrupted post-communist government and the gipsy mafia are controlling the working girls!~~~~ ~~~~Hot tip: there is a motel in the Neptune area named "Hanul Ielelor". This is a table dance night club with rooms upstairs. Pretty, well educated and English speaking girls. They do not push you for lady drinks. The main business is running upstairs in the rooms. I visited Cindy, a night club on Stefan Furtuna street, in Bucharest, and I was very disappointed that in spite of the fact we only had two beers and not any girl made topless, we were charged one million lei( 33 euro) , because the minimum charge is 500,000 lei/pax.
