I recently made a 10-day trip to Germany with the expressed purpose of visiting FKK Clubs. During this trip, I visited the following clubs:
FKK Oase (3 visits)
FKK Palace (2 visits)
Planet Happy Garden (1 visit)
FKK World (6 visits)
The number of visits at a specific club should give you a pretty good indication as to which club, in my own biased opinion, offered the best girl line-up and atmosphere during the time of my visits. FKK World beat the pack by far, even outshining the normally fantastic PHG, which I only visited once and never returned (as I had planned) mainly because World was just so damned good! I became so enamored with this place and the girls there, that I ended up abandoning my old stomping ground, Oase, and more or less moved into World for the last few days of my visit. No, I did not sleep there, but spent many hours per day/night/early morning in the club and between the legs of its mainly eastern European female population.
If I had to list in descending order the clubs with the best girl line-ups in terms of beauty/sexiness, youth, attitude, numbers and diversity, it would go like this:

During the second to last day/night of my trip, World staged a huge Saturday night Fest (“Party”). The normal 65E entrance fee was lowered to 43E, a team of live strippers performed a show by the outside swimming pool (it was a bit weird watching the club’s own in-house sex stars observe the gyrating movements of the professional strip dancers…), there was a nice outdoor BBQ, and, most importantly, there were more girls than usual working the club. (I reckon the normal number of girls at World these days is about 30 to 40; during the Fest, there were perhaps 60+ at peak time.) This is one of the best places I have been to in Germany. It is the FKK Sauna Paradies Club in Ober Erlenbach (about 15km North of Frankfurt, near Bad Homburg). Why is it so good?
