It looks like reviews of Paris street action are somehow old, so I want to give my first contribution to WSG. Most of what stated in older reviews continue to be valid. Try to avoid clubs and "bars à putes" of the Pigalle/Blanche area if you don't want to be ripped off. A drink for a girl ight easily cost you something like 80 €, and you might easily be forced to pay something like 200 € just for touching the naked breasts of a "dancer". Of course, you can negotiate and get much more for less, but why bother when you can get full sex close to GFE elsewhere in the city and for much less? I have seen several reviews on the Pigalle area that are very negative. However, there are also good opportunities to be found there. If you are looking for sex, you should go in the triangle rue Pigalle - rue Victor Masse - rue Frochot. In this little area, there are a dozen bars, most of them I know by experience. The process is fairly standard. You have to pick one of the girls there, buy her a glass of champagne so that she explains you the process, or directly buy her a bottle (usually around 160 Euros) and give her a "gift" (usually 160 Euro, in cash). You will then proceed to a more intimate place where you can have sex. The bars have different girls and different atmospheres, but it is difficult to make a recommendation because this can change very quickly, depending on the girls themselves, or pressure from the police (This activity is illegal - this is why you have to pay for a drink before the girls will explain you anything).
Being kind and polite will not get you anything at less cost, but I found that you get a lot more attention and, sometimes, GFE. You can find the same kind of bars in the area of Opera, near the Champs Elysees, and in some other places. But the cheapest are near Pigalle, and the quality is equivalent. There are also a number of bars in the north of Pigalle (above Boulevard de Clichy), but they have a bad reputation and I have never been there. Not far from Pigalle, in the area rue Rodier - rue Condorcet - rue de la Tour d'Auvergne, you can find a number of massage parlors during the day (< 7pm). It usually costs 130 Euro for a body-body. She tried saying that just one more and is it too much to ask for a drink. So we insisted to see the price first. Last year I was in Paris on a business trip for a couple of days. Being in the city of Paris I had to find some fun so I asked a couple of taxi drivers for a nice place.
