I have visited Bangkok 5 or 6 times in the last three years, typically as an overnight stay due to travel somewhere else.
Pat Pong is probably the best known area of Bangkok to visit but the 'lady men' have become more prevalent lately. I was there during the World Cup and I would say that perhaps 20 to 25% of the girls were 'lady men'.
