Cebu City / Mactan Island resort.
Two types of clubs, your bar/ dancing type, and then a simpler party room type where many girls sit around trying to get your attention. This is a bit intensive when you are the only males there, so didn't get prices here.
Reverted back to more familiar bar type scene, and had a very bad experience in the VIKING club. (Girls in 5 - 7 range only). Beer cheap, but after you have picked a girl the Mamasan wants full payment in advance, around 3,000 pesos, about $70 for the night, instead of the usual method of paying a bar fine of about 600 pesos and negotiating privately with the girl of your choice.
My choice performed a fabulous sexy dance on stage for me, but that was the highlight of the night. Back at the hotel she was ""tired"", and said she had to leave soon (rather than staying the night as agree) so she could fix breakfast for her handicapped father!!. What a turnoff.
So guys, follow your instincts, NEVER pay in advance, and avoid the VIKING club like the plague.
I have since heard that FIREHOUSE, (the top club in Manila) has a bar in Cebu, but my taxi driver hadn't heard of it. What a waste of a night.... (Review # 280)

The travel date was between October 15, 1998 till October 23, 1998.
Cebu City is a dirty, polluted city. Although it is not as filthy as Manila, it is fast moving in that direction. The only purpose of being in the city is to experience the pleasures that the Filipino ladies provide. I do not recommend staying here for anything but the ladies. The highlights of the city can be viewed in 1 day. It is probably better to stay on a resort in the Mactan Island area but the drawback is that the island is a 30 - 45 minute taxi ride to Cebu city where there is a larger selection of pussy. I would recommend that if pussy is your only concern and convenience is a priority, then stay in Cebu city.
The Park Place Hotel centrally located in the Fuente Osmena circle was chosen for our accommodation. This is an economy type hotel but reasonably clean. We paid $55US per night, slightly more than we should have considering the low Filipino currency. If you know the rates around town, you should be able to negotiated a better rate. One plus is that this hotel did not charge a joiner fee for the ladies who entertained me.
The following is a summary of the places I visited during my stay:
THUNDERDOME
Thunderdome is located on F Ramos Street. This place charged us a 100 peso cover charge to get in. The concept of this place was to have one women at a time dancing on a stage. They would dance through 2 songs and strip down to their underwear for the last song, similar to the North American stripper bars except we don't see any tits or hair. I read an article on the Internet that said this place was where the best looking girls danced and that it was worth the price of admission just to view these beauties. From what we saw, this was not true. We found the women to be mediocre at best, definitely not worth the effort to visit. I prefer to see all the women at once and then choose the lucky one to be with me for the night.
MANNYS
There seems to be many Manny's around Cebu city. This one is located on Osmena Blvd. It was a Karaoke place. This bar was very dark and I could not discern the features of the women. When they did approach us for a closer look, it was not too impressive. I stayed for 1 drink and then left. I'll leave the Karaoke bars to the Japanese.
FIREHOUSE
This bar was located in a lane off of Osmena Blvd. It's about a 10 minute walk from the Robinson's Department store. This bar can be classified as a Go-Go bar. It had approximately 10 ladies dancing on a large stage at one time trying to make eye contact with a customer. You smile at the lady that you are interested in and she will come over to your table after the dance. I found that this bar did not pester us to buy drinks. It was a very relaxing atmosphere. We nursed our drink for at least 2 hrs uninterrupted. The women were not aggressive like those in Thailand who would constantly ask for a lady drink.
This bar was the best one we went to during our trip. It had variety, ambiance and very good looking women. The lighting was reasonably bright so you can see what you are buying. The price I paid for a night of excitement was 750 pesos for the barfine and another 1000 pesos for the lady. The barfine seemed fixed but you may be able to negotiated a better price for the lady. I felt that 1000 pesos ($25 US) was very fair for an all night fuck fest. The barfine sucks though. The women usually starts the bidding at 1500 pesos. I found it's better not to bargain to the last penny because then the woman might not be too eager to service you. I'd rather pay more to have the lady serve me enthusiastically than to pay less and have her in a miserable mood.
SILVER DOLLAR BAR
This bar is located on Osmena Blvd. near the Osmena Circle. It also was a Go-Go bar. It had 2 small stages and the women were slightly above average in looks. The atmosphere was fine. The women would rotate onto the stage in groups of 4 and start dancing/flirting. The price structure is exactly the same as the FIREHOUSE. I still preferred the Firehouse over this one.
CAESAR'S PALACE
This place was located in Arcade Subangadaku, Mandaue City. You will need to take a taxi here. This is a massage parlour. There were approximately 15 women behind a glass wall. The women had numbers pinned to their dress. You would select the woman you want for a 1.5 hour massage and whatever else you want to do. This additional service was negotiated between yourself and the lady. The price for the massage was between 800 to 1000 pesos depending on the room chosen. The price of the additional services was approximately 1000 to 1500 pesos depending on the girl. She initially asks for 2000 pesos. Unless you are Japanese, don't pay that price. This place had average looking girls. I enjoyed this place the most because the service I got was excellent. I did not have to ask for anything, she just did me in a very professional manner. Obviously, she had a course in customer service!
BORACAY ISLAND
I also took a side trip to this exotic tropical island. There's not much of a selection of women to choose from. If there are a lot of guys, then you have very slim pickings. There are NO Go-Go bars or massage parlours. You pick the women up at open air bars. The outdoor scenery here is much more exciting than the pussy scene. I would recommend taking a Filipino lady from Manila or Cebu to this island for night time activities.
In summary, I enjoyed the time I spent in the company of these very delectable ladies. They are much more enjoyable than North American women. They are friendlier and more easily approachable and would probably make very good wives. If you hate that feminist shit, then this is heaven!
