I have never taken anyone to a room at the Hyatt as I live in Taipei but there should be no problem going to other places. So I am afraid I do not have that information. The price looks a little high to me. Pussy if very expensive in Taipei. If you speek some Chinese you might be able to find something a little better.
As for Taichung I can not help you out there.

Prostitution in Taipei is somewhat complicated if you are a foreigner. There are excellent Karaoke bars with stunning sexy model-type girls but it is not the kind of place you would want to go to alone, and not without a local accompanying you. On the other hand, local girls like foreigners, so you could relatively easily pick up a girl in one of the many bars (Ziga Zaga, Carnegie's, etc.). If you want to have sex with little effort and no difficulties, I recommend using the newspaper's classified sections, it is easy and clean and relatively cheap (NT$ 2,000-5,000).

Carnegie's is on Anho Rd., Sec. 2, near Far Eastern Hotel. The classified sections mention massage but you will understand very easily what they mean ("sensual massage by busty young masseuse", and stuff like that - I don't think there are many "non-sexual" massage advertisements, anyway you can ask the one who picks up the phone). BTW they will ask for your phone number and call you back, this is normal since they are afraid that you could be a policeman under cover.
