Does anyone know the best places and times for SW in Sacramento?

I will tell people what I know and maybe someone will add to this Thread.
I think the best place to find SW is Stockton Blvd. around the Mack road area.
I have driven down Del Paso lately and there is not much to talk about. I have seen just a couple of SW and only one was above a 5.
Also I have seen a couple around Watt and Auburn, but they have both been about a 2.
I wish I had more. If I have any additional information I will add it later.

I would stay away from thw sw in sac. To much le around here. Theres plenty of providers in this area at sfredbook.com

I have to agreed. The SW action in Sacramento sucks. I have just been using eros.com
Prostitution sting in West Sacramento
By Democrat Staff
A prostitution sting conducted by the West Sacramento Police Department last Friday and on Tuesday resulted in the arrest of men and women on suspicion of prostitution, solicitation and a variety of drug charges.
According to Sgt. John Molloy, the stings were both done in the afternoon and evening hours and are part of an ongoing prostitution abatement program, which focuses on West Capitol Avenue, "which is a known prostitution stroll."
Last Friday, Molloy reported, an undercover officer contacted men who appeared to be loitering to solicit prostitutes, made deals with them and then made the arrests. Seven individuals were arrested [...]

here is the deal on sw in sactown bro.....yeah there are cops out there but here is the deal. If a girl is an SW she will get into your car...the decoys dont do that. Here are the most common areas for sws....I am a sac native so I know. Stockton Boulevard between mack and fruitridge are your best bet. I have seen many girls out there...the lions share of them are between fruitridge and florin....do a little crusing and see what is available. Many dangerously young girls are out in this area during daylight hours...at night they are pletiful and of good age too. Del Paso boulevard in the north area is hit and miss...this area is a hole and there are many crack sws in this area. I wouldnt go there. Folsom boulevard in Rancho Cordova is a hit and miss area. If you want do die, you can cruise broadway and MLK Blvd in Oak park..bad idea..Another area is watt avenue between roseville road and the auburn vicinity.. be careful of sac sheriff stings in the area....sac is a good area. I am in the miltiary and unfortunately I live in Georgia but I will be back home for 3 weeks and I cant wait to go whoring...for AMPs, check out Tahiti on Marconi, South Seas on watt or Chalet on Fulton and Marconi if you like a variety of girls...good luck in the big sac

Does anyone know where or how to get laid in Chico? I am not into SWs. I prefer escorts or incalls or parlors. I am here for 2 days. Your help would be greatly appreciated as I am coming up from San Jose.

redude,
check out the chico news and review. You can get it at tower records downtown and in other places. There are many ads in there for escorts. Many of them are good looking college girls looking to make a little dough
County draws line in sand for massage
County, aiming to curb prostitution, eases rules for legitimate businesses.
By Phillip Reese -- Bee Staff Writer
July 28, 2005
Trying to draw a line between legitimate businesses and fronts for prostitution, the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors last week made it tougher for massage practitioners to obtain a license but eased rules on where massage businesses can open.
Several massage establishments offer more than a massage. Many of the illicit operations operate in the Arden Arcade and Carmichael areas, officials say.
To crack down on those businesses, massage practitioners won't be allowed to operate in the wee hours of the morning or feature massage therapists in skimpy outfits, among other new provisions, the supervisors decided.
At the same time, with the new restrictions in place, legitimate massage therapists can operate more freely.
Right now, all massage businesses fall under tight restrictions. They must locate in commercial zones. They can't do business within 500 feet of a residential area. Any business not following those rules can be only an incidental part of a larger facility.
Once the new regulations take effect in a few weeks, massage businesses will be able to operate in more places but only after proving their legitimacy.
"It really assists the massage community in being able to do their business but it also provides additional tools for law enforcement to go after the businesses that are out there under the guise of massage," said Linda Pittman, assistant tax collector for Sacramento County.
It's a good trade-off, said James Mally, director of the Healing Arts Institute, a massage therapy school in Citrus Heights. Illicit businesses will have a hard time meeting the new regulations, while other massage therapists will be able to operate freely.
"This will be no problem for legitimate massage therapists," he said.
Under the new rules, massage practitioners must meet two of the following three conditions:
* Complete 125 hours of massage instruction at a reputable school.
* Pass the national certification exam for therapeutic massage or body work.
* Become a member in good standing in a national, professional massage organization with tough rules.
Massage practitioners also must show evidence of liability insurance and have a current CPR certificate, Pittman said.
Not everyone is thrilled by the new regulations. Stu Gluckman, a legitimate massage therapist who operates near Folsom Boulevard and Bradshaw Road, is skeptical that the provisions will do much to curb prostitution.
"Being the world's oldest profession, people are going to get around it," he said. "I just wish the ordinance would focus strictly on what are our requirements ... so we can provide a good, safe environment and safe routine for clients."
Gluckman also worried about a section of the new provisions requiring doors to be unlocked during business hours. He works out of his home, he said, and is concerned about safety.
Nobody spoke against the provisions at last week's hearing, though.
"I think this is a distinct improvement over what we have done in the past," Supervisor Roger Dickinson said just before the board approved the measures.

Shame - effective weapon?
The Sacramento Bee - Aug 10 5:05 AM
The Sacramento City Council may use a Web site like the stocks on the village greens of yore - to shame pimps, panderers and johns.
looks like their following in the footsteps of chicago, now if they can only put this much effort into fidning terrorists, and shaming drunk drivers
Mongering Intelligence Agency est.2005

But...but...but...don't you know? Drunk drivers never hurt anybody, unlike SWs or Johns.

Something is really weird - I had to recreate my account. Am I in the right forum? Jackson? I can't find any of the old posts...
Hell there is enough drunk college girls in Chico, why would anyone need to pay for it? Just hit up one of the local bars. CSUC '91

All right, well, here is my deal:
Maybe ten years ago I was caught up in a prostitution sting near the corner of Auburn and Howe. I was walking from my car, parked in front of a motel next to an apartment complex, to the apartment complex to pick up a buddy so we could go to the gym. I never made it. I was cuffed and stuffed as soon as I got out of the car, arrested, searched and charged with soliciting a prostitute. You know what I was wearing? Gym clothes. You know what I had in my pockets? According to the police report, a "California driver's licence, various photos, ATM card, and 52 cents in change." That was for the phone, I didn't have a cell phone back then.
So, that shouldn't be a problem, right? Wrong. According to my attorney, Jan Sculley, who is the Sacramento County District Attorney, has a policy that ALL prostitution solicitation cases will be tried regardless of merit or potential for prosecution. But, they have a deal, pay a $700 fine, plead no contest, and the charges will be dropped and conviction reversed in three years.
So, here were my choices: I could fight it, and I would most probably win (the public hates that shit anyway), but that would cost me anywhere between $10,000 and $20,000 in attorney and court fees, or I could take the deal, pay the $700 bucks, and in three years I'm in the same boat as if I challenged and won.
What do you think I did? I wanted justice, but not $10 to $20 grand worth, so of course I took the deal.
Well, fast forward a few years. I have a new hobby. I have a van, a camera, a cameraman, a voice recorder, and a retired attorney with nothing to do but ride along with us as we try to shed some light on what REALLY goes on during a sting. Yes, I'm working on a documentary, and I plan on taking a few of those motherfuckers down in the process. But its tough, I get precious little material just cruising the streets. I rely on people letting me know when these things are occurring, so I can hit the streets. But if it's already occurring, it's usually already too late.
I get some inside track information from time to time, but it isn't enough. I challenge you to this - why don't you message me if you know about a prostitution sting about to go down. I may not be all about chasing the hos, but I would love to nab some corrupt cops and politicians.
