This is what's written regarding your question:
*BJ bars: Gobbles, Shadows, Black Pearl, Heaven, Nifty’s, etc.
Mostly on Santos Street. No “dancers”, just hostesses sitting there calling to guys on the street to come in and have a drink. For about 700php “short time” you can take a girl into one of their dingy, dark backrooms and normally get a very satisfying bj, if you can get past the surroundings. Be careful not to slip on the sticky floors. You can also take the girl back to your room for short time or long time.
As to which one is best, opinions vary and you'll have to decide for yourself. They are all dirtier, in poorer condition, etc., compared to the regular bars. On Perimeter, there are a number of bj places, too. The only one I experienced myself was Matrix Brawn. Does the fact BG are in general poorer and less educated (on the average) than general population , mean there is not difference (on the average) between mainstream Fields bars and BJ bars?
Cambodians and Thais are in general shorter and smaller than Dutch; does it necesarily mean there is no statistical difference between average Thai and average Cambodian?
