The bar attached to the Welkom Inn on Soi 2 is open fairly early (starts at 11ish most days). Attractiveness is variable but skill level is high. Don't be scared off by the girls sitting outside the better looking ones sit inside.

This past week on Beach Road there were always SWs at the times I passed -It really depends on exactly what time of the day you're thinking about.
At 7am there were still 20-30, though this seems to drop in the mid morning, but then pick up again around lunchtime, then in the early evening there are too many to count; well actually started counting them last Thursday between Soi4 and Walking Street and there were over 400 (including LBs). Sure there were some old hags, addicts and some that didnt do it for me, but still each to their own and plenty of hotties!!
I recommend taking your phone and walking in the early evening and stop and talk to the ones you like, see if you get on and get numbers and make tentative arrangements for whenever.
A lot of SW wear slightly more revealing clothes(although not always the case, if you spend much time there you get an idea of who exactly is a WG and who isn't), so if you pass a girl on the street, where ever you are, that you like the look of just say "helloooo" and ask what they are doing/where they are going? Thai people are friendly in comparison to those in the West, so are less likely to tell you to go F-yourself, and rather just ignore you if they dont like you or not into it.

I have found the best daytime FL selection starts turning up on Beach Road around 1pm, and stretches from the Central Festival Mall south almost to Walking Street. If you don't see anything that strikes your fancy wait 30 minutes and do another lap. I have also found that more ladies are available Monday thru Friday vs. the weekend. YMMV.

Curiously no one have mentioned the JP bar down WS.
Early in the morning till 10/11 am there are some free lancers there.
Numbers and look may vary from day to day and what time you go there but I saw some lookers there in the past.
Sadly they changed the layout of the bar in march this year and the atmospher wasn't the same as it used to be.
