Here is exactly how it is done.

To arrive: Take bus line 930 (leaves from dawanglu) to the second stop in yanjiao (forget what its called). Take a cab (5 rmb there) to 罗马假日 Roman Holiday spa.

Or

Take subway batong line to baliqiao, take exit a, find a black cab to take you to yanjiao (like 60-80 RMB)

Once you arrive you will go into the shower room (dont worry your stuff is safe in the lockers).

After you shower go to the 3rd floor (get a single room)

Girls will come in, usually about 40. Take your time in making a decision. A lot of really good looking ones.

They will ask what service you want.

go for 2x 388 or the 600. No need for anything else.

I always get 2x 388 (2 girls, 388 each) How it works is you pick one girl and then she brings in a few of her friends and you choose from them. No need to be nervous about saying no to some girl, its fine if you dont like that girl.

the 388 service gets you the following

BBBJ (hot and cold) from both girls (fully nude). When one is sucking the other is usually sucking your nipples (which i love)

If one were to roll out there later in the evening, would it still be possible to get a cab back into the city? Wouldn't mind taking multiple cabs, if necessary. I just don't want to end up marooned out there. What time does this place open?

Most, if not all, the taxis out there are black cabs, may have to take a cab back into tongxian (xinhua dajie) and another to the city or sihui and then another to the city.
You may get lucky to get a taxi all the way back into the city.

I see. What do you reckon a reasonable fare would be from 罗马假日 to sihui? I figure 50 ought to cover me there. Then maybe another 100 to get back to Dongzhimen...Christ.

You figure Tongzhou Beiyuan is the closest subway station to 罗马假日? I think Barry said something about Baliqiao station, but they're next to each other so I wager it doesn't matter much.

Referring to his original post - seems strange that it would cost 60-80 yuan in a black cab to get to the spa from baliqiao and only 5 yuan to take a cab from the second Yanjiao stop on bus route 930. I think I'll try getting out at Tongzhou Beiyuan and taking a cab from there.

I am currently looking at buying an apartment in yanjiao, prices are coming down (and before anyone - no spare rooms or couch).

Don't you worry about the construction quality, though? I mean, assuming it's an older building. I just can't imagine property in Beijing retaining its value, unless you buy it in a high-value neighborhood or something. But I'm no real estate expert.

Grabbing a hotel room sounds like a safer bet - is it really that hard to get a black cab back to Sihui in the later hours? I'm willing to pay a higher cab fare if it means not having to sleep in some random hotel out in Tongzhou.

If you are there for the first time a daytime/late afternoon trip may be the best option.
The stay late option refers to the spa.
I live in Tongxian nearby and want to buy and YanJiao is a good option, nearby to Tongxian and a lot cheaper and getting cheaper.

That is a long way from yanjiao, could not get much further away.

Best to look at Haidian district posts, use the search function.

It may be still university holidays then, of so, not s many students around.
