I have walked in of those doors around 50 times, but have lived in the philippines for many many years. If you mean infected with HIV you could be right. I remember a time back in 2006 where several girls wanted to warn me of a particular girl who they believed to be infected with HIV. HOWEVER if you are talking about regular STD, then you have got to be kidding me, 90 % of the girls have clamydia or gonorrhea. (this is not some shit I just say, I know it for a fact due to my stupidity of "forgetting" to use condoms several times. EVERY single time I "forgot" I cought an STD, not only in LA cafe but everywhere.
But that has nothing to do with LA Cafe. Thats the way it is in every bar or disco. When ever someone tell you that they get check ups in a certain place and therefore that place would be safer. DONT beleive it!. They are not properly examined. Remember 80 % of infected chicks cant feel anything and if she dont complain......nothings get done. Yes there is some HIV screening and so on. But only sometimes, remember it cost money.
Anyway HIV is not a big problem in the philippines and if you use a condom NOTHING will happen to you. Just use common sense (also when you are drunk:-)

BTW. There is not 1 perticular mama, most of the girls are freelancers. Only few girls are managed by a mama. And thoset mamas are NOT employes of LA cafe.

At last ...some common sense ! tests in Thailand and The Philippines are worth sweet fuck all. chances of them been screened 100% is about 0.0000009%

If you enter a taxi and say manila bay cafe (MBC) some of the drivers do not know what you mean and may take you to roxas bouleward. Just say LA cafe for now.

Another great place 2 minutes walk from LA cafe is Amazonia. just walk down M.H del pilar approx. 150 meters on the cornor of Sta monica. Also several freelancers there some nights better than others, but when LA gets too crowded it is a great escape.

Guys - MBC is 1000 to 2000 max for LT as well. Good looking ones will not go below 1200 and most will ask for 1500 - but that should do it.

No worries, I've been using it whenever I'm in Manila or planning to goto Manila. It is real not like some other sites.

Only this that ask you to send $$$ first before seeing you are definitely scam. All the others will typically come to you hotel so it is quite same as well with the security in the hotel.

Most of them are just trying to make a quick bucks to meet their needs like school fees etc, based on their stories.

I do know the local don't really earn much and work long hours in their jobs which is why they rather go out of the country to be maid or those with the right skills will have a much better jobs overseas.

Like my country got both the maids and the IT workers from PH....
