By your question do you mean are there Beer Garden type bars in Pattaya?

To start I guess I need to define what I think you mean by a Beer Garden. If you are asking are there any outdoor type bars that have music and a fun party type atmosphere. Then the answer is yes, there are tons of places like that all over Pattaya. Most don't have live bands but there are lots of outdoor bars.

If you mean something else by your question please clarify and maybe I can help

I have been to bangkok twice and I have noticed that there are many outdoor beer bars.
My question is very simple, where can I find girls without to pay barfines ?
I know my example wasn't so good.

Fellow mongerer, if you are looking to find girls without bar fines, try going to the discos. These girls are independant. But be aware, some of these girls were kicked out of other bars due to certain "infections" and these are some of the pros that can sucks you dry (finances).

There are also independants along beach road near walking street. Avoid these cheap contaminated girls. I know a "part time" tourist police officer. He explained that there a few underaged girls here and that the police do stings and reverse stings. As always in Pattaya, BE SAFE.

Just curious, why are you set on trying to avoid paying a bar fine? This is only my openion but if it is simply a matter of trying to save a few bucks then it certainly isn't worth it. If you are on a tight budget then I suggest you spend your time in Pattaya at the beer bars (the outdoor bars you mentioned). You should be able to find a companion for the entire night and a beer bar including bar fine for the price you would pay for a half hour blow job in the states.

Last time I was in Pattaya I saw lots of free lancers on the beach, on walking street, and on the Bhot buses. I even took one lady I met at a resturaunt up on her offer (everything went fine). However, I agree with the other poster, there are certainly a lot of risks doing this. Think about it, there is a reason why that girl isn't working either in a club or at one of the beer bars. And in most cases the reasons aren't anything that you want to get involved with.

So up to you, but I think you are far better off spending the few extra bucks and sticking with the beer bar girls.

There are hundreds of beer bars in Pattaya and the bar fine is just 200-300 B, so it’s not too expensive.

But if you still want to avoid the 200 B bar-fine, there are also loads of freelancers that can be found in the following places:

- Along Beach Road: the quality is in general low, but among all the mediocrities you can find some diamonds from time to time

- In the discos

- Walking along walking street, etc

- During the day freelancers can be found all over Pattaya: in the malls, walking the streets, in Soi Buakhaow (where many go-go and beer bar girls live and they will be happy to go with you before their shift starts), etc.

The risk of a freelancer having STD’s is as high as that of a beer bar girl, a go-go girl or any other Pattaya hooker: they all do the same thing, sleeping around, so the risk is the same for all of them. I’ve been with many freelancers in Pattaya, as well as bar and gogo girls, and there is no difference between them. Some girls arrive in Pattaya and start freelancing, then start working in a bar or in a gogo, then they might get tired of the bar and freelance again, etc. Many girls try to avoid bars because they pay peanuts and they have to spend there plenty of hours, so they prefer the freedom of freelancing.

The vast majority of beer bars and gogo bars in Pattaya don’t take any STD test of any girl, and the handful who claim taking tests are highly unreliable too, so STD-wise it makes no difference whether the girl is a freelancer or not.

Agreed with a Gladiator on this one. Have had the same experiences and Discos, and Beach Rd. up to Walking Street are definitely the places to pick up FLs in Pattaya.

I'd recommend Soi 6 though, no real barfine, you just pay for the room. You can read a bit about it here: Soi 6

Generally cheaper than picking up a freelancer and you get a room to go with it. 200 baht for the room, 500 baht for the girl, and you are settled, total damage 700 baht + tip + drinks.

Forgetabouttttit!! They are all full of shit, if they show you some card or ID it is probably for the last time they went to the dentist with a rotted tooth.....HIV and other testing is rather rare unless the girl agrees to be tested and you pay. Even with that, go to a reliable testing location and not one of the storefronts....as you might still not get the proper testing done. Fucking in Thai is a real crapshoot...so be very careful, just as you would anywhere else.

Hundreds of beer bars scattered around Pattya including Irish and English pubs.
The beer is ghastly though and the choice is limited. I don't think anyone goes to Thailand to find quality beer, just the Ladies who serve it.
Mind you, the local Chang or elephant beer is pretty strong once you get used to it.

I have never took a girl off the street to avoid a bar fine. As said previously these "Ladies" could be harbouring something very nasty between their legs.
A disease or a prick comes to mind. Depends on how drunk you are I suppose.

I don't think that's a fair summery. The go-go bars blood test the girls evey three Months and if any are HIV positive they are asked to leave.

There is a loophole in that. A girl can go to work in a go-go just after the tests are done and She has to wait another three Months before Her first test.
I know of one girl who works ago-go in Soi Diamond, She was kicked out of H***y failing an HIV test and was working another go-go six Months later.
I know this for sure as an ex girlfriend of mine worked service and She remembers seeing Her test result.

Tests are widely available from 500 Baht.

The question was "is there a place like Soi 7 Biergarten in Pattaya" and the short answer is no. If he is pulling freelancers from the Biergarten in Bangers he's not in need of a lecture about the risks of AIDS. He has already measured those risks in his decision to frequent that pool of ladies who choose not to work, for whatever reason, in a beer bar or ago-go.
If his idea is to find ladies without paying a barfine there are lots of options. Many of the SAME LADIES who work in the beer bars and ago-gos are available off hours working independently. Or they might just be out shopping and if you approach them they could be agreeable to an afternoon side job. On Beach Road freelancers, mixed with a few katoeys, are available 24/7. And lastly after the ago-gos close you will often find the girls who did not get barfined ( or those who did a ST and are looking for a bit more baht) working in the discos on Walking St. The three there now are Tony's, Lucifers and the newly opened Club Electric Blue Disco. I've never particularly cared for the first two, so when I get there in May I will probably give the new one a miss. You are just as likely to find a freelancer prowling Walking Street in any of the open air bars that face the street without having to pay rediculous prices for the drinks and putting up with the mind-numbing volume levels in the discos.
That being said, I'm not sure if you will actually save a lot of money going the freelancer route. In Pattaya most of the beer bars have barfines of 200-250 baht. And the environment is far better to talk with the lady prior to heading back to your room there then on a street corner in the dark. MOST of the Soi 7 & 8 ladies are good to go at 1000 baht LT; about what you will likely pay a freelancer. I've taken a fair number of freelancers in Pattaya, but almost always when the other options weren't available, i.e. early afternoon or VERY LATE at night!
