Stayed at the Oberi Grand for a few days (damn expensive hotel) in Kolkata. One of the taxi drivers parked at street fixed me up with a girl for $200 - total rip off super ugly and no french either (I felt terribly ashamed walking her through the hotel lobby at 4am). The details in the Guide are pretty good for Calcutta. I know about one of the places near Kalighat. Take a left after you cross the Basusree film hall while coming from the Lake Market region. A about 1 km you see a bridge. The bridge and the left just before the bridge are filled with prostitutes for $5-10. I try to stay safe while doing them.

While I was at college I used to come at this same place and get laid for $1. No condoms since 10 years ago there weren't so much tension of AIDS. Also at Lake in the dark places you can get hand jobs and boob shows for $1.

went to kolkata recently (without any leads!!!) . took the help of telegraph classified and guess what.....I had a blast....the whole thing including tips cost me 2500 INR...plus the girls was just FUUUUUUUUUCKINGGGGGGGG awesome....mindblowing boobs... had a great time ....the place was not very good but the girl was definately worth the effort...located somewhere near HAZRA MORE......

You can take a taxi from outside Howrah Railway Station to any of these places. Else you can take a bus to Esplanade and from there, take either a taxi or metro, whatever suits you.
