the correct spelling is Jalan Jaksa, yes its in Jakarta, easy to find and all cab driver know this place. But you can find ladies in any Pub or disco. Well the prices are various between US$ 12 to US$ 50 per night. It really depends where you pick up the ladies.

1. Hotel Bars -- CJ's in Hotel Mulia, Tigapuluh in Le Meridien, BATS in Shangri La, and Retro in Crowne Plaza are happy hunting grounds.
2. Blok M -- D's Place and My Bar are best places. If you go across street from Ambhara Hotel to the mall, hook a right on the main highway and go past the railroad tracks or bus station (can't remember which), hook an immediate left, walk about 50 yards, and hook a right, you'll be on a street with a lot of bars, including two mentioned above. I think street name is Pelahatin or something, but I've never had any luck going there directly in a taxi.
3. Massage parlor on 6th floor of Melawai Hotel, Blok M
4. Area around Jalan Mangga Besar & Hayam Wuruk. Lots of bars and massage places spotted around this area. Also Stadium, a well known multi-story complex I've never visited. If you'll go east on Jalan Manga Besar about a mile from Hayam Wuruk until you come to about a 6 story mall on your left, then go up to parking garage on about 2nd floor, there's a place called Tiera Ciara. Beautiful women, and only around $20. Best time to go is around 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Jalan Jaksa is actually the backpackers street of Jakarta, like Khao San road in Bangkok. You can find girls in any shoppingmall (Block M is actually a shopping mall), especially the food courts or try BATS (the bar at Sheraton hotlel) or Hard Rock Cafe at night. Jakarta isn't the only place though, Yogja is packed with students and Bali can be quite interesting too.
