For those visiting Singapore, I recommend a trip to Geylang. Just get a cab, US$3 from Orchard Rd.

Singapore with all it's strict laws and cleanliness, paid sex is still available. Thanks to an unhypocritical Government. Singaporeans are in General more conservative then the western countries or even Japan or Hong Kong. The average Singaporean do not go get paid sex often. For tourists you have several options. Geylang and Orchard Towers being the most straightforward.
Orchard tower you are looking for a woman who would possibly spend the night with you, if not at least 1 or 2 hours. Geylang is for a quick release. Orchard tower should be your first choice if you want a better experience. Geylang is a bit rushed and less personal.
Orchard Tower is of course, right on Orchard Rd. There's is not much action in the day but at night the place get a lot of women. They outnumber the men by 5:1. Most of them are from Thailand. The whole tower becomes a pick up place/meat market. There are lots of bars. Good girls don't go there. So pretty much all the girls hanging out there are available for sex. Typically S$150 for a night. On the top(4th) floor is a disco called Top Ten. There is a cover charge. Chicks there ask for S$400 but make sure you counter something like S$200 or S$150 and end up paying somewhere in between that and S$350 for the whole night, depending on how attractive the girl is and how busy the night is. You can also negotiate for short time sometimes. Usually both of you head back to your hotel.
Geylang is about a US$3.25 cab ride from Orchard Rd. The cab driver should take you right into the heart of Geylang. Lorong 8, 14, 16, 18 etc. are the those with brothels. Even numbers. The odd numbers are on the other side of a main street. You will see houses that look rather like residential houses. The wonder is that all this 'sin' looks really regular from the main street. There are 2 types of houses,1) Thai girl house and 2)Chinese girl house.
Thai girl house-You see the girls sitting in a 'fishbowl', a pane of glass and you choose the girl. You pay up front S$80(US$45) all inclusive. You get 25-40 min. Ask for 35- 40 min. The girl lead you up to her room and you both take a shower. Then she will give you a BJ with condom and proceed to have sex with you. After you finish it will be another quick shower. Tipping is not necessary but sometimes I tip S$10-20 anyway.
Chinese girls house. These have Chinese girls usually from nearby Malaysia. There are different price ranges $100, $150, $200. Naturally the higher price you get more attractive woman. Here they get the girl while you wait. If you don't like her you pay a taxi fee. If you start getting too fussy they say no thanks and goodbye. I have found the chicks to be mostly acceptable.
To add to my lengthy last post, it is pretty safe in Singapore. As long as you are cool and don't cause trouble, you will not be arrested for soliciting prostitution in Orchard tower. However the chicks will not solicit from you so usually you have to make the first move.
In Geylang there are cop cars watching out for everyone's safety. Also cop car in front of 7-11 infront of Orchard Tower. Just to make everyone feel safe. If you break the law like smuggle drugs(death penalty for hard drugs), steal, fight, damage property etc the punishment is severe and your embassy will not help you..
