Been to the Togianf for diving and spent 2 nights in Manado. Haven't seen anything.
Of course there are a few Karaoke bars somewhere in the city but you'll be the only Bule in one of the bars and probably even the first one. That doesn't lead to a relaxed atmosphere as everybody is watching you.

stayed in Manado while on a trip to Amurang.. dint find anything in the 3 days.. but then asking the locals might help...
