I stay 4days in Cebu. We made a tour in Mango Ave where the BK bars are located. Still number one is Viking Bar. Fair Prices for drinks (beer 50Peso, girls 150Peso) Take out 1700! Any other bars are more expensive!!!
For those who want spend a bit more money for guaranteed good looking girls Jaguar and Arena are the top address. Take out 3000, beer 90, girls drink 320!
A nice place is also Sunflower! Great Live Band and Disco. For this girls you better like to dance to approache them because they don't come from alone. Looks like a policy their. On the other hand you can get freelancer for a dance and two or three drinks. Beer is 90Peso! Girls asking Price 2000Peso. After 2AM you nshould not more pay then 1000Peso accept you realy up to her.
Another place to go is the Hotel de Mercedes. Is a very small Hotel in City Center. When you walk around you can get girls as low as 600Peso.
The German Bar Heidelberg is closed since Oct! Besides the Butterfly is still open. 5-8 girls there but lower level and be awere of your belongings!
Anything around Residence Towers and Robinson Shopping Mall at evening is also possible. I got this from the locals but had no time to go there.
