I heard from a lawyer that LEAs cannot enter any premises if it is privately owned or rented. So where does that statement stand??

Private places cannot be entered without a warrant and magisterate, unless someone really want to TRAP somebody. Hotels & Guest houses police do snap checking due to their commercial nature, but private homes & party venues need a magisterate & warrant to enforce the writ of govt., else - Jis ki lathi us ki bhayns Police ka danda kamar ap ki
