Yes, Sofia is fun.
I was there in April last year and then wrote a report for another site, which I'll paste below.
One of my friends was there a couple of months ago and he told me the scene hadn't changed, it was business as usual so the information in my report is not out of date, despite the fact that I wrote it last year.
Here is my report:
I was greatly surprised when I arrived there: plenty of pussies are available at cheap prices, the cost of living is really low, it is a very safe city and it's not big, that is, you don't waste too much time going from one place to another.
I noticed a lack of independent pros: most pros seem to work for night clubs, flats and agencies, so to get the pussies you have to deal with middlemen. In any case, I found all the environments very safe, professional and well-organised.
The 2 best clubs are 'Erotic Bar' (in Hemus hotel) and 'Velvet' (12-14 Slaveykov Blvd.). They open every night of the week from 10 pm to 5 am. Entrance in both of them are 5 leva and drinks are cheap too. There're around 25-30 chicks in each of them. When you want to talk to one of the chicks you tell the waitress and she calls her, then the chick comes to your table and you have to buy her a drink. The price of the chick's drink was 30 leva in Velvet and 15 leva in Erotic Bar. That gives you the right to be with the chick around 20-30 minutes. If you want to take the chick to your room the price is 100 leva for 1 hour or 300 leva for all night (all night means just 6 hours) -they also have prices for 2, 3, 4 hours or whatever you may want. These prices are non-negotiable, at least I tried to negotiate with no success. If you take out a chick you have to pay in advance, before leaving the club.
The biggest downside of the clubs is that there's very litle light, so it's difficult to judge accurately how cute the chicks are, above all when they are dancing it's not easy to see if they have beautiful faces or not. Obviously it's easier when they're sitting with you.
In Velvet there're 3 positions for dancing and the girls rotate between them, doing a full streptease on the last position. In Erotic Bar there're 5 positions, but the girls don't do full streptease.
The average quality of the girls is higher in Velvet, but the number of very cute girls is similar in both clubs: 3-4 really cute girls in each of them. The 2 cutest girls in Velvet were not available for take-out, they were just for dancing. There were 4-5 dogs in Erotic Bar, but only 1 dog in Velvet.
The attitude of the chicks in these clubs is variable: from rude to very good; as anywhere else, I suppose. The attitude of a Bulgarian pro will never be as sweet as that of a Thai pro or as passionate as that of a Brasilian chick, for instance; their service tends to be colder, but still ok in most cases if you select them carefully. French kissing and BBBJ are seldom offered.
Appart from these 2 clubs there're tens more of night clubs scattered around the city, many of them are smaller ones with similar prices, but I didn't have the time to check them. There exist also the night clubs attached to 4 and 5 star hotels. I only visited the Rodina club and it was a fucking shit, with hardcore, average-looking hookers putting continuously very high pressure on me to buy them overpriced drinks, private dances, etc. I finished my drink as quickly as I could to get out of there. Do not even think of going to this club: it is an absolute waste of time.
Then I discovered the flats. There're dozens of flats all over the city where you can get pussies too and you'll pay 50% of the price in the clubs: the standard rate in most flats is 50 leva for 1 hour. You can have sex with the chick in the flat or you can take her our to your room, the price is the same. As with the club's girls the time always starts when she arrives in your room. I always took the girls to my room, which will definitely be a cleaner environment than the bed they have in the flat.
In the flats I found girls as beautiful (and as ugly) as in the clubs. Picking up a girl in a flat is a straightforward experience: you ring the bell, they open and show you the way in, you arrive at a room where there're 8-10 girls and if you like one of them you take her and pay before leaving. If you don't like any of them just leave. Usually I visited 3-4 flats and chose the girl I liked most (out of 3-4 flats you're likely to find a few cuties). Girls at the flats are normally dressed.
Some flats are just a couple of minutes walk from each other, at the most they'll be 5 minutes away by taxi (1-2 leva), so neither time nor money is really wasted by visiting a few flats.
In most flats you'll find usually around 8-10 girls after 8 pm and 2-3 girls before 8 pm. Obviously, it depends on how busy they are on that day, if some of them are off, etc. The same girls are usually working in the same flats.
The guys that open the door in the flats and show you the girls are a bit scary at first sight, tough looking, mafia type blokes. The first time I visited a flat I thought I wasn't going to get out alive from there, by their looks I thought they would cut my throat as soon as I lowered my guard, but despite their looks they are good boys and flats are very safe to visit. They are not into the business of killing or robbing people: they are into the business of hiring pussies, and they are honest. That was at least my experience and I visited quite a few flats.
From what I saw in Sofia, flats is the way to go, picking up a girl from a flat is cheap, safe and quick. And the attitudes of the flat girls aren't any worse (or any better) than their club's counterparts. The same stock at half the price, that's the actual fact.

The list is endless, if you'd like more addresses pick up a brochure which is at the entrance of Velvet or ask the taxi drivers who are parked out of this club at night, but remember that the price at these flats is 50 leva for 1 hour (200 leva for 6 hours), some drivers at times tell you it's more because they add their commission on top of it.
There're also some more deluxe flats that offer on-site massages on top of sex, but I didn't have the time to check them out.
I saw plenty of SW's too on several streets, but no time to check them either, I doubt they spoke any English in any case.
Sofia is definitely a pussy paradise, I loved it. And Bulgarian girls are beautiful.
The non-pros looked also more than willing to get in contact with foreign guys, many of them were very friendly to me in the non-pro discos and bars, but I found problems as very few speak English. Anyway I got the impression that hooking up with a non-pro is relatively easy in Sofia.
