But North chennai is highly polluted, unclean and low standard!!! (Sorry for fellow mongers in North, though I've many relatives there). Will we get clean products?

I was able to catch one guy who is known to my friend . he said he has heard it before about that and some of them may be nurses and its for known people only to the management. luckily one of the dr. su****h there is somewhat known to my another friend but I don't know how to open this^ topic ?
