what are some good places to go that is decent with cheap prices?

i can speak chinese fluently.

It depends what you're comfortable with really. If you're like me and find the randomness and unknown factor of BBS a little exciting, you'll have a cheap time here -- especially with fluent Chinese language skill.

If you prefer a bit more luxury there is no shortage of good places with excellent value-for-money to visit.
