Near westside

I was working late(2am) Thursday morning and had to drive up 25th to Lorain and then down Lorain to W 130th.

I saw an attractive WSW on 25th who waved and was approached by 2 gals(1 looked possibly underaged ) on Lorain. There seemed to be a very high level of LE in the area both times so I was hesitant to even talk.

Seems that they were maybe even too easy to spot. Especially the one on 25th.

Seems to be some upswing on street activity but as always be careful.
