Jomtien/walking street ..Last minute questions ,,

am trying to combine mongering action with Kite Surfing ( only available in Jomtien, Pattaya ) (I need 5-6 hours practice early morning )….

I usually stay around the walking street area which also allow me reasonable access to soi 6 ..


My question is :

How far , walking/car is jomtien from the walking street and soi 6 ..

Do you recommend staying in jomtien aera or the usual walking street area ?
How easy/difficult will it be if I stayed in Jomtien

I agree that Jontiem is a "nicer place". But, it really is much more family oriented than Pattaya and my guess is that more of the hotels down there would not be girl friendly. While its cheap to get a baht bus from the entrance to Walking Street to Jontiem, very few go in that direction. Most go the other way down 2nd Road. And the ride can be long over the hill. Maybe 20 minutes or so depending on where you are on Jontiem Beach.

I would suggest staying in Pattaya where everything is close for nighttime activities and take the Baht Bus to and from your Jontiem Beach activity in the morning and early afternoon.

Yes it is sometimes noisy and chaotic in Pattaya proper; but, you can find quiet nice hotels there also.

Specifically many of the little hotties in the GGs on Walking Street do not really want to go Jomtien. I have had many "qualify" me up front. They say something along the line of "I not go with you if you go to Jomtien".

Fortunately I usually stay on Soi 13.

I never had that in my life. We used to stay a long way down Jomtien beach road and never had a problem with any girl coming back to the house.

I have a condo in Jomtien and make the Walking Street journey all the time. It's only 10-20 from Jomtien to Walking Street depending what part of Jomtien your staying and if your going by motorbike taxi or baht bus.

I have never had problems with the girls not wanting to go to Jomtien, but I usually always go longtime and I rent a motorbike for 1000baht a week so getting the girl around is simple. BTW, I have a condo in Jomtien for rent that is girl friendly- www.thailandcondorental.com

I have been windsurfing and surfing most of my life, and always wanted to try kitesurfing. Do you know where they give lesson or rent equipment in Jomtien, and what area do you usually launch from? I have seen kitesurfers at the far south end of Jomtien beyond the fishing village, but couldn't figure out how to get where they were at. I understand the winds not so good this time of year. I have heard the winds strongest November to April... can you confirm?

I do not do LT that often. I usually ST in the afternoon so am half worn out already. Keeping a girl overnight is often inconvenient. I often work late at night, making biz calls to the US, etc. Sometimes I do not go to sleep till dawn. Many girls look to leave early now days. Years ago they would wake up with you, play, eat breakfast, and leave at noon or whenever you threw them out. Now days they wake up at 6 or 7 AM and say goodbye.

I am not looking for GFE, I have all I can eat here at home. Do not need hugs, just nasty, kinky sex! I would rather be with an absolute babe. I do not fly half way around the world to do mediocre girls. I enjoy stunning, gorgeous young babes 18-22.

Many of the precious ones are very spoiled now days. Just the way it is. And unless you are a younger good looking falang they are not really interested in spending the night with you when they can go back and meet another monger. Many of the go go's offer them a bonus if they return early. Happy A Go Go pays them 300 baht plus another bonus if they get another bar fine that night.

I realize there are lots of exceptions and that many of you studs who have that 'magic' with women often persuade them otherwise.
