    Smile Cuba hotels girlfriendly?

I have heard that you can ladies take along your hotel. Can someone tell me something concerning the situation in Havana?

Unless there has been a recent but unlikely change all over Cuba, I suggest you read up on Cuba (here on the pages of WSG). You especially want to read the Archives on Cuba. If you do and when you do, you might convince yourself that it's wise to avoid the (state owned, overpriced, and girl-unfriendly) hotels, and seek out a (privately owned, reasonably priced, girl-friendly) "Casa Particular".

one yuma maximum within 2 years

just spent 4 weeks in las Tunas province.
the new rules are: a cubana can check into a casa de renta or even hotel with a yuma. This will be registered by imigration/seguridad del estado. The casa owner has to sign her into the blue book, si no hay problemas con los inspectores. Van a tumbar el patente de la casa de renta.

If a cubana registers with one yuma she has to pay 60 cuc for un permiso par ir con un extranjero. Believe me this is not a trick by the chica to get 60 cuc.
The state is a chulo who takes 60 cuc per cubana yuma couple.

If a cubana registers with more than one yuma within 2 years, she goes to jail for prostitution.

Most casa particular owner will not tell you about the 60 cuc the girl has to pay, because they do not yet know about it or ???
Many casa owner told me register the girl it is no problem for us and for you
but many casa owner do not give a shit if your novia has problems afterwards.

There is still the option to go to a casa illegal for a few hours. The owner
of one legal casa de renta para extranjeros told me don't go to casa illegal, because: si te cogen te deporten de cuba y a la chica la manchan( I know my spanish and english spelling is not correct but I understand spoken spanish)
Other casa (legal) owner told the adresse of a casa illegal which they considerd to be safe enough. The casa illegal a telefon in the bedroom if the inspectores come telefon rings and there is a small door to escape into the
    casa del vecino.

Conclusion if you just want to fuck a girl go to casa illegal but take your time to make sure its a safe one. If you do not want to stay a long time with
a girl it is better for her not to register any where with you.
If you find a real novia who has never had a yuma before, register her in your casa de renta and give her 60 cuc or what ever for the permiso wich will be given to her only in your presence.

Many Casa owner just follow their own interstest they do not care about your chica. So do not just belive if they say it's no problem for the girl afterwards
at least she will have to pay 60 cuc if you gave her 20 for the night and she did not know about the 60 cuc, because she is not a puta. Then she is at least in financial trouble.
Putas know the rules because it is their business, regular girls do not.

I don't read or speak Spanish, however, I do get a vague idea what some of the words might mean in Spanish, but, unless I'm misunderstanding you or your Spanish, it appears to me it might be better to NOT register your girl, especially if you want her for less than an hour. I would never ask for "permission"... remember, it might costs her money as well as time in jail!

GREAT... Cuba is looking better every time they turn around. The Cuban officials don't know how to produce goods and services, but they do KNOW how to regulate people out of existence... next time you visit, you'll need a marriage license before you can TALK to one of their females!

So what happens to a yuma who registers with more than 2 girls per week in different casas?
What happens if I ask for a few permits for different chicas?
Is the permit good for one visit or can it be use for many visits throu the years if I stay with the same girl all the time?

    So many questions!!!!!!

This is what government bureaucrats do. They make us less free. They also generate a lot of questions, and make us lose our civil liberties.

the registering and paying 60cuc is A MYTH. just another scam some try on naive tourists.

i met a cute 18 year old almost three years ago and did the illegal casa thing with her and then went back the next month and signed her into a legal casa.

we never paid anything, anytime, anywhere to the g.ment UNTIL we married.
she is now in canada with me.....took two years and lots of trips......

i just signed up to the board so i will try to post my experiences over the last three years in cuba,dr,thailand and columbia.

Even though it's legal now for Cubans to stay in a hotel I doubt that any girl wants to come with you as a hotel guest. That would mean that they register her name, etc. and she would end up in the Jinetera-register.

That means you still have to bribe the hotel watchmen to get any chic into your room. Renting a casa particular would be cheaper.

And btw: Cubanas do NOT have to pay 60 CUC to register with a yuma. Thats a scam.

for egzample rent apartment in some building etc.
And I see photos girls with tourists on public places.
How is possible if is police so strict?
