How's Pattaya in May?

I've lived in Thailand almost two years and haven't been to Pattaya yet. Things are pretty slow in Chiang Mai now so I'm thinking of going in a week or two. How's the weather in May in Pattaya? Any recommendations on BJ bars, places to stay (I'm thinking of Queen Victoria), places to go and places to avoid?

The Queen Vics nice but it gets some really obnoxious loud mouthed English customers around May. This May anyway.

Thanks for the tip. I think I will wait until June now that I read the Marines will be in town. I have nothing against them and hope they all have a memorable time, but I prefer to go when things are a little slower than normal as opposed to busier.

you would do well to choose queen vic..... its in the heart of soi6 surrounded by all the short time bars

not sure for BJ bars only, but most soi6 girls can cater for you needs

from what I hear they come every year in may some branch of the service army/navy/marines/ I was talking with some bm when I was there in jan & they said to dont go when they are in town when they are there The price of pussy goes up plus in really hot & its rainy season best time to go for me is jan the weather is great 75 to 80 & brezzee I think it rain one day when I was there out of 30 but by all means if thats the olny time that you can go go man you will have a good time, like one old timer told when you leav thailand you will never get it off your mind he was right....
