    EURO 2008 in Pattaya?

I just had a cool idea. Going to Pattaya to watch Euro 2008. Well, no UK teams unfortunatley but should still be fun.

This is meant to be low season (June) is it not??? But I'm sure many dudes must have the same idea as me. So, do you guys think it will be busy like peak season and all the prices (hotels, food, drink etc) will all be bumped up?

I don't think this event will affect prices and tourism in Pattaya.
Anyway, except for 8 matches at the begining of the tournament that will be played from 6 PM (mitnight in Thailand), all the others will start at 9 PM so 3 AM in Thailand, so maybe a bit late.
Ready for another turn on the merry-go-round. From 27 october 'till april at least

Oh yeah, good point! May as well stay home.

PS- Where are you from? Just curious cause I don't recognise the flag?

I will be there for most of the tournament, I'll arrive on the 12th and leave on the 27th. As I am Dutch I will see our matches against France and Romania in Pattaya, and hopefully some more (doubt it though). Only thing is, we play all games 9PM CET, so it will be 3AM in Patters, so I hope I'll find a place that shows the matches.

I'm sure you will find places that shows the matches (I know some Dutch guys there that "owns" bars).
But I am sure you don't go there to watch football as your main goal

    EURO 2008 in Pattaya?

Hi, I'll be in Thailand during the EURO, too. Does anybody know on which channel the EURO will be broadcasted? Is the Thai TV showing the games too, so maybe there's a chance to watch them on your hotel telly? Would be grateful for any advices.

I'm about as clueless who's playing as you are about who's the latest NFL draft in American football.

I doubt a simple game will have any effect on the sex industry in THailand.
