Anyone know If the Dusit Is girl friendly?

A friend of mine have spent there one week last Christmas.
Not girl friendly, they gonna charge you 1000 bath for guest.... I've read it also in a report on another forum so with a research you will find more infos.
My friend had moved just after his 7 prepayed nights (he wasn't clever because if he had asked first he could avoid all hassels of finding short time rooms and so on)
