If you have a car and the time I would drive 45 min to Switzerland. You could go either to Chiasso or Lugano. Chiasso is closer and has a few places, however I would go to Oceano near Lugano. generally the ads are for escorts and involve sexual intercourse. They're mostly incalls. They vary from a low €100 to a high €1000. There lots of bullsh*t on these sites. Some girls are SW with an apartment that come up with fancy photos and you get your hopes high and when you get there, there's this old SW in a run down apartment. Other times you end up with a Hungarian gorgeous model that works in the apartment during the day and at the nightclub at night. Usually totally detached and mechanical, but cheap. Then there's pictures of hot buxom babes that look like Pam Anderson look-a-likes and turn out to be transsexuals. Then there's women who need a lengthy introduction before they are even willing to meet you the first time. I've learned to ignore the entire affair and devote myself to SW, Asian Apartment Massage operations and going to the nearby Ticino area for sex. Prostitution in Milan sucks and doesn't compare to anything offered anywhere else in the world. You probably get a better lay in Saudi Arabia then you do here. The few good things available require a car or tedious work. The Aisan incall operation are a f*cking joke. I have never seen so many ugly women as in Milan. In Los Angeles there's tons of hot young gorgeous Asian beauties to be had. In Milan you get overweight and plain ugly. You have to get a newspaper called Seconda Mano and look under personal ads for anything asian. You have to call up every number, and some list double. You have to master the Italian language otherwise they wont deal with you. Then you have to find each address on the map, cruise around the city and check out each and everyone of them, without actually committing to any deal. You just do this to find the few young beauties in a sea of ugliness. Once you find the operation that has 2 to 3 hot babes, enjoy them, visit them often, because before you know, they vanish without a trace, and you have to start all over. It's a f*cking joke. You're better off calling a british escort and have her sent to Italy. The SW work out a lot better. Here you need a car, and spend weeks cruising around streets both in the city and outside the city. Some of the girls you find are very attractive and young. They'll do it in the car for €30. After your first encounter make sure to note her cell-phone number because you can see her during the day in the city usually for anywhere from €50 to €100. Beats cruising around aimlessly.

Then there's nightclubs. A nightclub is NOT a discoteca which is a club where you go to dance or oogle at hot fashion models. A nightclub is an establishment run by crooks to sell you prostitution at outrageous prices. Like similar crap you find in other European cities, this is nothing but a rip off. You get the same girl that otherwise would be standing on the street for something like €1000 and performance compares to a quicky in Tijuana or said €30 car deal. 10 min of sex and bye bye. It's geared toward the dumb tourist who has no clue where to go.

Then there's club Williams. That's just beyond words. It's supposed to be similar to those clubs they have in South America, where you go to meet a girl pay outrageous prices on HER drinks and then maybe but only maybe you can take the girl home, but before you go you first have to pay a penalty fee for taking the girl out of the club (or a fee to take the girl out of revenue service eg super expensive drinks). That place is a joke and the girls are not even that beautiful.

Then there's girls in the discotecas. Some just happen to wander into the club and do business on their own terms and in other cases like in the case of Club Hollywood, you'll find some hot wannabe fashion models available for anyone who can afford to pay for their services. There's usually also a couple of clearly Easter European girls in the same Prive area of the club. Again way expensive.

Then there's the possibility of making out on the streets of Milan. I have noticed over the years how certain girls always walk around on the same fashion streets. That would compare to say those girls in Berlin on Kurfürstendam. Probably hellishly expensive and poor service I would suppose. I have also noticed this winter that a number of Easter European girls walking the areas around Piazza Duomo and Corso Vittorio Emanuele. They're usually in pairs and look overly suspicious.

Other than that you might consider what swissboy said, jump on a train and head to Chiasso (about 1 hour away) there's three brothels within walking distance from the station. They mostly charge €150, because of the proximity to the border and given Italians can't organize the racket and come up with some decent service, everyone heads to these places. You could take a Taxi and head to nearby Hotel Bellavista for some action for €100. Else I would take the train all the way to Lugano and get a cab and cruise to Oceano for a good selection of anywhere from 20 to 40 girls South American and Eastern European or to Bar Corona which will charge more €150 (vs €100 at Oceano) but some girls are really hot there and service can be exceptional at times depending on the provider.
