Better luck trying to pick up some SYTs in (and around) Taman Sari. There are many "hidden" chambers over there. And they actually hang around there too!

But lastly, my 'intelligence' report told me to look inside the warnet, namely Mitranet (third floor) and Premier. Many SYTs.... but you got to speak the language. However, I didn't have the time to check them out myself.

some more options for Yogya:
1)high-end dance clubs like Embassy, Hugo's, and Liquid where it is rumored that you can meet fine university students freelancing. Don't like that kind of scene so I didn't even try.
2)you can get a massage++ at specific "salons": There are a whole bunch in the Barbarsari neighborhood of Yogyakarta. Downside: poor facilities (mattress on the floor, no shower) and must speak local language to bargain. Quality and service doesn't compare to what's in Jakarta (travel hotel) or Bangkok.

For street girls try Jalan Pasar Kembang which runs from the end of Jalan Malioboro towards Tugu train station. You will find girls there from about 6pm and increasing in numbers as it gets later. They are also to be found in the gangs leading off that street. They take you to small bare rooms with a mattress on the floor. Price is between 200,000 and 300,000. I usually tip them 20,000 or 30,000 and they seem very happy with that. The quality of the girls is very mixed and you have to be selective. The service is rushed but it does the job. This is not a high quality set up and doesn't compare to Jakarta's Travel Hotel.
