How do you know if it's legal in certain cities in Mexico? Does anyone know if it's legal in Sonora Mexico (in particular Puerto Penasco aka Rocky Point)?

I am not certain if Rocky Point has a Boystown. I know they do have plenty of stripper bars, maybe massage joints and also ladies bars where you can pick up plenty of action at a decent price.
