Fellow Afficianados,

I have a client joining me for three days in Bangkok and I will need to supply him with some of the hottest Thai women (without a horrible attitude) available in Bangkok.

I would appreciate suggestions and the associated price ranges for high end women.

You're in luck Troy, the WSG Thailand Expert is in BKK now. His name is Jimmy and he can be found in the Nana Hotel Carpark every night. Just look for a guy on his own looking for girls which he doesn't even fancy. But if he does find one he fancies, she then must be able speak English at University Level.
So if you're unlucky and go there when he's actually managed to pull, I'll give you my opinion on your question.

Just because you take a girl from a "high end" establishment and pay "high end" prices doesn't mean you'll get a better experience. My advice is take him for a soapy massage, oil massage and the Eden Club during the days, and the bars and Go Gos on Sukhumvit during the night.

P.S. Second thoughts, don't go and look for Jimmy, that would be stupid. Mis-informing newbies on here is his second favourite pastime.

I have heard of superstar levels at massage parlors, do you know where these are (and if so, how much it costs)?

There are some real lookers at the Massage Parlors and such.

There is the Plaza Entertainment complex and Poseidon (two I have been to however there are others). Generally the best are located on the top floor.

In Plaza, Delilahs is the top floor. In Poseidon, the top floor are "models".

Costs run start around th 4000 Baht mark and go up depending on how much the mamasan thinks they can make out of you. (I have seen girls go for 6000).

Some of these girls will have a bad attitude despite their "Superstar" status. So explain to the mamasan what you are looking for and they "generally" point you in the correct direction.

It is definitely worth while checking both of these places out before they arrive. You get to see the decor and girls, meet the mamasans etc... I have always found they treated me better on repeats than on first visits.

Not exactly "top" floor. Poseidon's sideliner lounge is on the 3rd floor, and the sideliner level at Plaza is the 6th floor. Of the two, I prefer Plaza. Poseidon is a tourist trap.

If you go to the prince hotel (i think somebody help me here) it backs onto the PE complex. If you are going alone, it is cheaper to get the taxi to drop you off here and walk through (no commission). Obviously if you have clients that can't be helped.

If you have a car, you can drive straight up to the 6th floor of the parking garage. There is a direct entrance from that floor to the sideliner lounge.
