Never made it to Artemis but tried out Club la Folie. If you take the U-Bahn to Bismarckstrasse and then walk on the street of the same name, take a left onto Kaiser-Friedrich-Strasse you will see it on the left hand side.
You buzz a doorbell outside the building and then you will be let in. As you go in you will see a hatch on the right hand side where you will talk to someone who will explain what it is all about.
It is a Euro 14 entry fee but you will get a free drink with that. It was also explained that for sex it would be Euro 75. You have to go in with no clothes but you do have towels given to you as well. You are given a locker number and you go to the left to get changed.
When you are undressed, you then go to the right where there is a bar and some ladies are either topless or in a bikini. You get your drink and give the locker number to the barmaid.
You get your free drink and then can wonder around. It is not a big place. As you go further down the bar you will see a lap dancing pole where a girl was strutting her stuff and a mattress where one of the girls was talking to a client. Be warned some of the clients go around naked.

I really recommend this place.

You pay (think 70€) entrance and then you can put your valuables in a locker and take a shower. you also get a robe to walk around in. Everything looks clean and secure.
