Is Sunshine Hotel good to stay? It is quite expensive.
The only hotel I know of that you might have problems bringing girls might be the Shangri-La. Pretty much, as long as you can get the girl in your room by 11PM, you won't have any problems at any hotel. Most 3/4 star places though, you can bring 'em at any hour, nobody really cares. If you have any worries, just bring the girl in before 11PM.

You shouldn't have any problems getting girls into the Landmark. They even have their own KTV so the staff is used to guys bringing girls in late at night.

Yes, I got a girl from the papasan outside and this was around 11pm. Did the walk of shame with her, no questions asked.
I have no problem doing the walk of shame, howver, the Landmark was 'not' busy and it was obvious that I was bringing a girl to bang. And as it was not busy, with really just me, it made me stand out.....
If it was like in Shangrila, well not problem, plenty of activity / people so reception don't have the time to look.
On a mongering side, well, I was a tad bit disappointed. Having taken all the best reports and when to these places, I lucked out.
1. Found these 'apartments' behind Jusco. Ones I found were so,so poor. It makes HK 141 look like palaces ! I thought even if it's 200/300 RMB I wouldn't stick my wick in those girls. In summary a real shit hole. Even if I was desperate, I would pass. What was also sad to see where small kids playing in the alley. Not a really pleasant environment. And the shocker is when you turn around you got Jusco and Seibu next door !
2. Didn't bother with the Lo Hu Apartments after my Jusco experience (too busy shopping instead !)
3. Tried Shangrila. The bar was dead as a do do !! What a waste.
4. Tried a girl from the Papasan. Okay but nothing to write home about.
He even tried to sell me a 'Virgin' at 3k. I said, how would I know she's a virgin. He said 'she will have blood coming out'. Yeah right, what a load of crap. The girl would probably be on her period rather then a virgin. I think only fools would fall for that con....
5. Tried a Sauna in the Pavillion Hotel - Dolphin Spa. Well, good massage, with HJ built in. Okay and again nothing to write home about.
So, all in all a pretty crap experience for me. I don't know whether
1. went at the wrong time.
2. reports now outdated.
3. Shenzhen is really shit compared to HK and Macau.
4. not my luck
I tell you, I have always enjoyed my mongering in HK and Macau. Be it 141, streetwalkers, sauna the lot, I found my money to be worth the effort.

1. Short time can vary 300-400 rmb....some will hit you for 400-600. Bargain it down on your cell phone. Long time, I had offers of 500-700 rmb. But, managed to get it down to 500. Could have tried harder. But, why bother sometimes.
2. What hotel do you plan on staying? Would be my first question. Some of these hotel can be in a non-action area.( Cyber Ack, Vienna etc.)
2. Been to a few sauna's...but, can't tell you the names. All in chinese. But, did manage to get action. Except for 1.
4. I have a confession I did the hair salons....Shit....Fuck that shit.. done that! Will never do that again.
Had me crawl into a tiny backroom with a 3x5 foot makeshift bed. Wasn't my cup of tea. Did manage to get off for 200 rmb.
One place even dragged me into their place from the street in front of the Best Western hotel. Wanted me to climb through a trap door in the ceiling above the squatty potty...Screw that! Bailed on that place...fast!

Don't hang a right@ night when you exit the hotel. Hang left, the mama's are on the left outside the hotel. Keep walking as you do the cell phone thingy. Hotel room number required...haha

Thanks for the info. I do not have any contact in SS. I normally go to VN and Thailand. Want to try Chian this time. I don't know what hotel I will stay. thinking about area in Lo-Wu and sound like Shekou also a good area but far from the train station. The reason I mention Hairsalon. I did that alots in Saigon. I can spent as little as $5 for a cheap massage get to know the girls (checkout her body). If I like her, I will ask her to come to my hotel room later or take her out after she get off. Most of the time, these places will includes HJ but never FS. I never do that in their places, it safer to do that in my own room.
Nah, there were no major crackdowns except the ongoing thing at Shazui. You basically went to the wrong places. There are many better places in SZ than Jusco like Hubei Cun and Xiangxi Cun.
I don't didn't really read through many old reports so I couldn't tell you. But any report saying to go to Shazui is more or less outdated since it's nothing like it used to be.
SZ is probably better than HK unless you have a preference for Philipino girls. Macau is a bit different in the sauna action is better than anywhere in SZ, but a lot more expensive.
Yeah, you were probably unlucky too. Too really get a lot out of SZ, you really need somebody to take you around. find a local guy to take you around or something.
A lot depends on the kind of budget you're looking for. In SZ, you can find girls as low as 30RMB (don't ask me where, I don't know, just what I hear) to 5000RMB at high end KTVs. Whatever you're looking for, you can probably find, but you really need someone to take you around mainly because a lot of places are hidden away or you can't tell one from the other.

I stayed at the best western hotel a few months ago. When I first started to explore the area I took a left and walked past the barber shop. A middle ages woman came out and started to pull my arm saying come in for a massage.
It was still early so I declined. Nothing else worth seeing on the left. Went shopping and came back to the hotel a little later, mamasaun approached me at the entrance she wanted me to follow her to pick out a girl. I didn't feel safe going with her so I told her what I was looking for and gave her my room number. Girl came over a little while later. Had a good evening
