Do you mean the barbershop places that are in Beijing? also there are masage places, both are fronts for hj, bj and fs.
Depends on the place and the girl as to what service you can get and how good (or bad) it is.
These places have been around for many years but recently many inside the third ring road area have been closed, at least on the main roads but some remain open in the alleys.
Maybe all will return after the olympics.
