direction to different FKK clubs

I will be have a one-night stay in Dusseldorf for flight transfer in June. Since I arrive on a weekday, pretty late in the evening, I figure I may just spend the night in one of the FKK club till 3am and then go back to the airport to wait for the morning flight (I would have hoped they open longer). I read through the threads and find the following FKKs to be well received: Goldentime, PHG, Cocoon, Nacht Cafe. Given the limited time, I really would like to know the best way to get there either by public transportation or by cab. That is where my question is.

Although Routard posted some driving directions, I only get some idea about how far they are from the central station from some of Wang King's valuable posts.

For Cocoon

How to get there by public transport from Dusseldorf HBF:
Take train to Wuppertal Oberbarmen. Time: 29 mins
Then bus 602 to stop Schmiedestr Time: 18 mins
The club is about 300 meters from this stop.

For Nacht Cafe, he mentioned it is about 25 minutes walk from the train station.

Could any of you please help me get an idea about how to get to the other clubs or how far they are from the airport or the main train station? Also, if I take a cab, is it better to take the cab from the airport or the main train station. I think this information would be very helpful to fellow travellers as well.

Also, I find very limited information about PHG and Goldentime when compared to the other clubs even though they seem to be higher rated. Any reason they are better?

p.s. I have been to Germany quite a few times and have been to FKKs in Frankfurt too. But I do not know German.

You will need a car to get to PHG ot GT as they are well West of DDF. Personally I prefer GT, but YMMV.

PHG and GT are not an option, as they are far from Dusseldorf-APT and close at 1 AM.

Phg and gt are up close to the border with the Netherlands. I think phg is the best suna I have found in the world, including the termas in Brazil, which are very similar. Phg is a few kil ne of Oedt. I would think you will have to rent a car to visit Phg.

I agree that PHG and GT are not an option, although they are the best clubs in the region. Cocoon is also not an option because, although they close at 3:00am, they are very far away (same distance as GT and PHG, but in the other direction). Even if you can get there by public transport (count at least 1 hour), you need a cab to get back at 3:00am and this is expensive. There are similar clubs nearer than Cocoon.

Nearest airport are La Bedo (www.labedo.de) and Blue Note (www.saunabluenote.de), then Natch Cafe, then Dusseldorf FKK (www.fkk-duesseldorf.de). They are all in Duesseldorf itself. Some more not in Duesseldorf but nearer than Cocoon: Atrium (www.saunaclub-atrium.de), Atlantica FKK (www.fkk-atlantica.info).

But my recommendation would be Living Room (www.fkk-living.de). It's in Kaarst, not in Duesseldorf, but is nearer airport than Duesseldorf FKK for example. It's a 10-15mn drive from airport, or you can get there by public transport (stop: Ikea Kaarst) and the cab back to airport wouldn't be expensive. It's a new club, same owners as GT so some GT girls rotate there, and they are opened until 03:00.

You have more detailled reviews of these clubs, in particular Living Room, on some other English forums with more emphasis on FKKs. Am not allowed to give the link here, just do a search on Google.

Thanks a lot for the information. Gandjim gives an especially useful perspective from an airtraveler. This is very useful for many people. Any details of public transportation to Livingroom? Is it a direct train to there and how much one has to walk after getting off the train.

Tom, I stayed at the hotel across from LivingRoom and the following day had to pick up a buddy at the Dusseldorf airport...it was only a 10 minute drive, almost all of it freeway. So fast in fact that I had to park and wait for my buddy's flight to arrive.

Since your only in town one night and saving 60 euro's on a hotel Id suggest you grab the first taxi and hightail it right to Living Room and stay there till they close at 3am.

As DUS is too far from KOL, there are some excellent clubs there too.

I wasnt all that impressed with the talent at Living Room....but it was the day after a holiday and the clients and the girls must have stayed away. Right now Goldentime is offering free entry into Living Room if you payed the entrance at Goldentime (same day only). Its a good 25 minute drive from GT to LR...and you dont want to do that during peak traffic times. 10 or 11pm is a good time to book from GT and head towards LR...but beware of the cops lurking and waiting to pull you over to see if you've been drinking at GT.

Samya is a decent club, but id avoid it during the early week...seems most of the good talent only books on from thursday thru saturday. I plan on checking it out on a Saturday in a couple of weeks.

If your in Koln then a visit to Bernds is a must. Higher entry and a smaller club...and some women arent all to one's liking...but the service rocks. CIM is included at no extra charge.

Ive got the same dilemma....drive down to frankfurt for two nights and hit Oase and World...or do Truam Paradies when they open at 10am and then hit Bernds at 1pm when they open. The following day id do PHG. Or do the Oase/World run (and add 250 miles to the car...miles dont matter...its the GAS that kills you).

You're right, although I did have a couple of good sessions at LR. I'm however convinced that LR will improve and will have more talents, due to its location and outstanding facilities, but it's not the case yet on my last visit a month ago.

So I agree that, for the time being, girls are not of the same quality as GT or PHG, but my recommendation was specific to the situation of an overnight airport transfer, where someone don't have the time to go to GT or PHG and prefers to stay late in a nearby club until 3am, then go back to the airport: LR opens until 3am and is near airport. LR is also on par or better than some of the other clubs in Duesseldorf I mentionned (but I must admit I haven't visited them again in the recent past).

For those who have more time or have a car, you're better off going to PHG or GT.

I was specific in my report that the timing of my visit basically sucked. I did see 6 or 7 hotty's that I'd jump at the chance to try....but I was all finished after doing 4 girls at GT. I basically came to drink, have a hotel within walking distance and be able to pick up my buddy at the airport without getting caught in traffic.

Dusseldorf is not too far from Koln (Cologne) with Sokya and other good places. You can have call out escorts from any number of agencies, buy why bother when you can be like a kid in candy store.

I have never been in Phillipines, but after Bangkok, Bali, Indians sub continent ...etc.I prefer European- specially East Europeans.
