It's been years since I was in nogalas - going next month. Any updates or recent trips? How far is the drive from Pheonix? I have very fond memories of nogales - but there are no post - wondering about any border changes?
This place is a shell of its former self. Not unless you have some personal contacts the TD's are all way over priced for everything...$23 privados...action of any kind typically starting at the $150 range...yes I said $150.
It's a 2 hour and 15 minute drive from Phoenix...not unless you want to go for nostalgia purposes or just to see what it has become then its not worth it.
The only thing that has remained relatively the same has been the LaConga, but even the look and feel of that has changed and the selection save for 1 or 2 is hideous.
